It all began here in PeWee Valley in 1994 with a simple dream for Donna and me: serve our friends and neighbors the BEST hickory smoked Texas Style Barbeque east of the Mississippi. Like the barbeque we had when we were growing up in Texas. We use the very best certified Angus Beef, hand rubbed with our secret spices and slow smoked with hickory for 16 hours. The results are the best, most tender Texas style beef brisket you have ever tasted. We also have Pulled Pork and sliced Pork Tenderloin, Pork Ribs, Pulled Chicken, Half chickens, Turkey Breast and Bologna. All slowly smoked in our Texas smoker until they are so JUCY! This was our first time coming here, my husband picked it as his place to want to eat for his birthday.
The customer service was amazing and so friendly, they all helped us figure out what we wanted and explained the menu amazingly to us.
The food was so good never have had smoked chicken wings and they were delicious. Definitely Will be back sometime soon to try more of the meats and sides that we didn’t get to try.

Nice homey rustic feel. Old home style feeling. The ribs had a good smoke ring and were juicy. The baked beans were good if a tad too sweet for my taste. Unfortunately i think the pit got too hot and cooked the brisket a little fast. Shallow smoke ring and dry. The portions to price is really good and will fill you up so I’d definitely come back

We’ve been wanting to try this place ever since we moved into the neighborhood this summer. We ordered the Rib Party for 4 with sides of mac and cheese, French fries, and coleslaw. The French fries were perfectly crispy with a slightly sweet BBQ flavor.So tasty! We took everything to go and enjoyed it at home. The ribs were juicy, tender, and had a wonderful smoky flavor. All the sides were delicious too. Next time, we’re excited to try the brisket and chili beans!

Good homemade BBQ in a no frills setting with friendly and helpful service. The food was good but more options for the sauces would be nice. I felt the max and cheese was the best side though the mini cornbread muffins were delicious as well. Prices were reasonable and everything was prepared quickly in front of you. The service here was great. All the staff was super nice, and the restaurant itself was very clean. I had the appetite and time to sample quite a few things. The cobblers hands down were my favorite things I ate. Absolutely phenomenal. Second up was the chicken. It was cooked very well. Everything else while cooked well, I felt was kinda lacking in taste. Pretty bland, but there is a BBQ sauce bottle on each table and when getting my dip on it saved the taste. Id probably come back for cobbler, wings, and deviled eggs, but that’s about it.

I first found out about Jucy’s through some coworkers at the Ford Truck Plant that is nearby. Now, everytime I am passing through the Louisville area, I stop by Jucy’s for lunch. The staff there is always so friendly and the food tastes really good. Although I usually get the pulled pork or the brisket, my wife really likes the smoked turkey. I tried it this last time here and it was juicy with a great smoked flavor. I would suggest not passing up dessert–both the cherry and apple cobbler (with whipped cream) is the bomb.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! This has to be some of the best BBQ I have ever had in my life. I got the chipped brisket sandwich, some of the best baked beans in my life with some apple crumble. WOW! Delicious to say the least, I also got two wings as well since they were the special of the day, the dry rub on them was amazing. The employees were so nice and helpful for this first timer. If you are in the area this has to be on your bucket list. Trust me this place will not disappoint.

inviting and decorated, staff pleasant and helpful. order and receive food thru line and pay at the end. i opted for brisket and sausage plate that comes with two sides. link sausage had a peppery kick to it. otherwise, both meets were satisfying. i opted for tators, which tasted like red potatoes made breakfast style, i liked them, they were seasoned well and were addicting. coleslaw was okay. ample amount of food for the cost. i got a sweet tea and the apple cobbler. the apple cobbler was divine. omg. definitely on my best favorite list. cons: i didn’t care for the bbq sauce and wish they had a few to choose from. we had very pleasant dining experience. and satisfying meal. well worth the trip. customers from all walks of live enjoying a meal in the simple bbq themed dining room. did i say the staff was great too.

Awesome BBQ facility, excellent customer service with very friendly staff. The BBQ wasn’t as good as I was expecting, I had both the brisket sandwich and chicken wings. Both were extremely dry, I doubt they were cooked today or even yesterday. I did really enjoy the Cornbread, I may return to give them a chance to redeem themselves.
