Went to the Lindale location for lunch and the food was delicious! We were greeted promptly from the 2 cashiers upon entering. They were very courteous and attentive. The facility was very spacious and inviting. As I sat and ate, one thing I noticed and really appreciated, was 2 of the employees were constantly maintaining and cleaning the dining area in preparation for the next customers. This location was running like a well oiled machine! Awesome job, Lindale crew!

This location is new but struggling to get orders out correctly. Staff not real friendly. Hope it’s growing pains of new location and get corrected. Food was good when it was corrected (two times). We will give it another try in a few months. Building was clean and nice.

Was extremely disappointed with both the food quality and services surrounding it. We have visited this location twice, once for breakfast and another time during dinner time.
Breakfast was 2 scramble meals and 2 drinks. For just opening, the sodas were weirdly bitter and tasted like they had almost no syrup mixed in. The portions of egg-scramble seemed small and underseasoned. Potatoes were fine, but neither of our meals had their toast so that was disappointing. For almost 30$ we expected abit more.
Dinner meal was supposed to be 2 burgers, pinto beans, fried pickles and a side of bacon cheddar fries. If we got what we ordered I’d be able to speak on their quality but we received wasn’t even close. Only received 2 burgers and a single side of regular fries. Burger was good, but that’s it.
If you decide to visit this Jucy’s in Lindale, check every order you receive and only order simple burgers.

We waited on our order for quite a while at the window which I didn’t mind much except for I ordered a double cheeseburger and it came out a single cheeseburger. I called 3 times to try and get it resolved and nobody picked up the phone. The food was fresh and delicious I might come back when everyone gets in the swing of things
