This place is really great, we used to live here and really miss the burgers. Thought we would stop in and wasn’t disappointed. One of the better burger places. They did get my order wrong, I hate mustard and specifically asked for them to not put that have mayo only. There was mustard and I was just to tired to deal with so I ate it. I would recommend this place. Their beans were great as always

Honestly the best burger and fries in town. I came to visit my husband and was hungry from the road. We ate at this place and let me tell ya–best burgers around! Juicy, cooked well and piled with toppings…I was very impressed, and I am super picky about my burgers. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be a must go every time I’m in Longview ❤️

Has the Jucys on Eastman Rd changed owners? Definitely a downgrade in quality and service noticed on last three weeks on three separate days. Two orders wrong, old baked potatoes, 4 youngsters standing around doing nothing and waited over 20 minutes for only fries and tater tots….were not busy…don’t think they even started order of fries until I reached the window..no burger ordered…only three cars ahead of me and only few customers in restaurant. Disappointed as have had baked potatoes for many years and until now NEVER would they have sold yesterday’s baked tater.

Yes, Whataburger is the best national chain fast food burger there is. BUT, Jucys is a place that we only found in Texas and it is truly fantastic. Massive sizes and very high quality meat in the burgers. Its a 10!

Over priced garbage…. French Fries sucked, all oil and undercooked. Onion Rings from Hell, rings were cut to thin and the batter was HARD to the point that it hurt your mouth just trying to bite into them. Both the fries and rings went in the garbage, could not and would not eat them. Now the burgers swimming in it’s condiments so much so you could not tell what you were eating chicken or beef. Stay away from this place. -10

The burgers and fries we’re good. My beef Patty was over salted.. In any event, it didn’t last very long because I went to the restroom. It smells like sewage and urine. It was hot. And no ventilation in there. I threw up in the sink And no ventilation in there I threw up in the sink on my way to the urinal. I hope management reads this cause no eating establishment should ever have a smelly bathroom after you eat a meal.

Jucy’s Hamburger was really good. But the only problem we had was, when we dined in, the employees hadn’t cleaned off the tables nor have they swept the floor. So that was a little nasty and an eye sore. But Great Food! Thanks for Reading
