Nice little ramen store with an assortment of more traditional ramen flavors and a couple of specialities.
Their tonkotsu ramen was solid with good broth. I’ve tried quite a few so far but theirs was fine, not amazing but is good. Their takoyakk was a bit mid though.
Overall not bad at all and pricing is about what you would expect from similar ramen stores now a days.

If you’re a vegetarian who loves ramen, you’ll definitely enjoy this place. They have tasty broth and a variety of veg options. We went there with a couple of friends and loved the vibe, along with the delicious ramen.

We’ve been here a few times and the ramen has never disappointed. Seems like they are trying to change up the menu. Tried the spicy tofu ramen today and loved it! Had the right blend between Japanese ramen and Korean spice. Server was very friendly and the place is super clean. Surprised that there aren’t more people lined up for this place. Truly a hidden gem in Milpitas!

Service was super quick and nice. We ordered the Tonkotsu, black garlic and the tantanmen ramen. All three were so delicious and flavorful. Pretty affordable too. We went around 6pm on a Friday night and there was plenty of space but the space is pretty small so it was pretty packed by the time we left. Definitely would recommend.

I tried black garlic ramen which was beyond my expectation.
5 star for American standard. 4.5 star for Japanese standard. Could have been better if egg was a bit warmer.

The Juban Ramen & Tapas restaurant is a wonderful little japanese restaurant. It is well known for its delicious ramen noodels and definitely worth a try. You may choose from various meals and it is prepared real fast.
The taste is great and the service is spot on. Prices are fair and the over all quality real god.

A very good little mom and pop Japanese restaurant! This restaurant is definitely not all Japanese, it is Japanese with a Korean flare to it (I.e boneless chicken with Korean sauce). We ordered 3 different tapas and a ramen to share. The ramen was good but not great, but everything else was very good. All in all, this place is nothing fancy, but it is a excellent place to try if you are around the area and want something Japanese that is not sushi!
