I tried Juan’s at lunch because I work close by and have heard good things. The service was friendly and fast, the food was tasty but the burrito I ordered was all filler, no meat. It was a great wet bean and rice burrito but a very disappointing chile verde burrito, it may have had 1oz of pork in it in total. It was almost a great lunch because the server was very nice and it was a quiet atmosphere but instead an odd experience because of the ratio of substance to filler in the food, especially for the higher price point.

Amazing food and the portions are more than enough. The service has always been great. Clean and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable which is much appreciated. It is in a casino but at one end of it and never any smoke smell. Will go back!

The best chimichanga in Carson City!! I moved here from Tucson, and really miss the amazing Mexican food offered so close to the border, but Juan’s is the closest thing to the ” taste of Tucson” that I miss. And the ladies that work so hard for Juan are great! The perfect combo. You gotta go try it out! The enchiladas are super good as well. Enjoy!!

So far one of the best Mexican restaurants in Carson City. The chease was actually melted in my enchiladas, most of the local restaurants have unmelted shredded cheese in the center. The taquitos were quite tasty, as well. Good sized portions for reasonable price.

I’m always searching for that perfect tostada with a flat corn tortilla, but sometimes I have to settle for the flour bowl one. Well, this flour bowl tostada was the best one I’ve had in a long time. I ordered thru DoorDash and the presentation was perfect, the shredded chicken was tasty and the refried beans tasted authentically homemade. The salsa was chunky and flavorful. Good job Juan’s! My search is over.
