I’ve been eating here half my life, and the food is amazing, but lately the food has gone downhill. Trying to get them to answer the phone for a to go order is a nightmare. When they do, the order always takes longer than they say it will. I’m almost at the point where I go somewhere else.
When eating in takes forever. They seem understaffed and no one seems to know what’s going on. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I hope it improves.

My first and last time every to darken their doorstep. Took over an hour to get our meal, at the cost of $22.00, and it was the worst meal I have ever had. Everything was overcooked and burnt. No spices, no herbs, no flavor; onion and pepper burnt and no one could or would do anything about it, no manager onsite!!!!!!!. The Horchata was horrible! How does any respectable Mexican restaurant mess that up. Loads of sugar in the bottom of the glass which made it undrinkable. This drink was trash, had to be a package and not made with real ingredients in the traditional manner. Dry and burnt chicken and shrimp; the chorizo was burnt and we could not tell what it was, but the real issue for me was it was not fresh. had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes to get garbage. I was completely disgusted with the service, the food, everything.

We stopped in just be chance on a road trip and I’m so glad we did. The food is delicious! I had the beef flautas. I would definitely come back if I get the chance.
