This place is amazing!!! One of the best restaurants in Pueblo. The food feels very authentic and is phenomenal. I had the beef and potatoes burrito with green chili and the chicken tacos with salsa. Everything was great but the chili really stood out to me. The wait was short and the customer service was excellent. Very kind and helpful. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

Your food is fantastic. You have some of the best Mexican food in town. Also your hamburgers are great. Although we just ordered burgers on 10/6/25. I don’t know if you changed suppliers on the burgers. Or your supplier changed where they get it. It wasn’t near as good of flavor as in the past

We love the Carne adovada. It’s spicy and flavorful, burrito or fries. If you don’t want chili, try the bean and chicharone burrito. Breakfast burritos are very good, with or without chili.

I was hunting for a breakfast burrito place on Saturday where I wouldn’t have to wait a half an hour. Google gave me this well-rated option. Turns out they have breakfast but not breakfast burritos. So I ordered a skillet and breakfast tacos. Typical restaurant prices, so not cheap, but that’s fine. It’s a food truck, which is an issue for some people still. The cashier was friendly and kind, and the food was ready really fast! The star of the show was probably the homemade corn tortillas for the tacos. The salsa has kick and lots of flavor, not just hot. The potatoes are in big chunks (still bite sized) and perfectly fried so that they are crispy outside and soft inside. The bacon was crumbled but not over cooked as happens frequently at restaurants. Very pleasant breakfast.
So why only 4 stars?
Well that skillet comes with a fried egg versus the tacos coming with scrambled. And unfortunately the fried egg was super liquid, which made someone really unhappy when it dripped all over a portion of the skillet, rendering that portion inedible to that person.
So if you’re picky about your fried eggs, stick with the breakfast tacos or ask if they are willing to cook that egg a little longer for you.
