I may only order one thing here (I have tried a handful of items) but that bean and chicharrón burrito with green chili is too hard to beat. The thick burrito is stuffed full with refried beans, and they taste homemade. The chicharrón, is better than homemade, it is like my abuela showed them her special recipe. Never burnt, never chewy. And the tortilla? Well that’s not like home. We use a comal to crisp up the tortas before and sometimes after stuffing them up. These feel more like steam heated. But not like those breakfast burritos you get elsewhere, you know the ones that stick to the foil and get all soggy… These stay great for some reason. Seriously get one!

I was hunting for a breakfast burrito place on Saturday where I wouldn’t have to wait a half an hour. Google gave me this well-rated option. Turns out they have breakfast but not breakfast burritos. So I ordered a skillet and breakfast tacos. Typical restaurant prices, so not cheap, but that’s fine. It’s a food truck, which is an issue for some people still. The cashier was friendly and kind, and the food was ready really fast! The star of the show was probably the homemade corn tortillas for the tacos. The salsa has kick and lots of flavor, not just hot. The potatoes are in big chunks (still bite sized) and perfectly fried so that they are crispy outside and soft inside. The bacon was crumbled but not over cooked as happens frequently at restaurants. Very pleasant breakfast.

The first time I ever ordered from them it was a GrubHub order because my car was broke down they called me because they had two different people with GrubHub picking up my order and made sure to remake my food fresh and called me to let me know what had happened very great customer service and business ran appreciate Juanita and will eat the burritos again!! Great homemade Pueblo mexican food taste as well..
