Came in this evening to have dinner with my friend, we were warmly greeted. It wasn’t too busy, considering it was 6 pm on a Saturday night. The service was fantastic, the food was flavorful, fresh, hot and delicious. We had an absolute wonderful server, and such a great night! Thank you!

Came across this place during their Sunday brunch buffet. It was so good, they had such a great variety of food available. My favorite dish was the aguachiles but they had anything from pancakes to menudo. Everything we tried was delicious! The atmosphere is great, we loved all their decor and all around vibe. This place would be perfect for a girls brunch date or a birthday gathering. We will definitely be back to try their regular menu!

Went to the restaurant with no expectations and left happy each time. The service is outstanding – shout out to Nairobi. The food is delicious – steak done exactly to order, potatoes seasoned well, the lobster and potato soup definitely tasty, the red velvet cake perfectly portioned and, yes, delicious! Highly recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Decided to try something new today. Amazing place to go — food was awesome — service was great — I was 100% okay with the price for what we got. The look and feel of the restaurant were pleasant. The food took a little longer to come out, but it was well worth it. Presentation was gorgeous and everything came out hot, crispy and decadent. If I could give the place more than 5 stars I would. We will be returning and would love to see more people go in.

Incredible! This is now my hubby’s & my favorite restaurant. The food is healthy, all natural, and absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the restaurant is classy. We met my brother & his wife, & my parents to celebrate their 68th Anniversary. The staff had a beautiful table set up for us. Our meals were gourmet perfect! My husband made reservations for Valentine’s Day for the two of us, and again a beautiful table was set up and ready for us. Honestly, the personal attention to detail is wonderful. Every meal has been amazing. The owner comes to the tables to greet the guests, and he is such a kind, family man of integrity. The restaurant is at the perfect location just off of 225 & Alameda. It is important to our community to support local family owned businesses, and this is one we love to support! We highly recommend Bison American Cuisine to everyone. It really is above 5 star on everything, including their pricing. Thank you to the owner, chef & staff who never disappoint.

Hands down, one of the best places I’ve gone to!! The restaurant was clean and inviting. Our servers were helpful and tended to our every need. Started with 2 margarita flights. The different flavors tasted amazing and very refreshing! The chips, salsas and guac paired perfectly with the margaritas. Tucked into orders of fish tacos, charro beans, and bacon wrapped shrimp. Finished the meal off with flan, chocolate cake, strawberry filled churros and coffee. Simply perfection!

This was our second time coming in and was greeted and welcomed by Ivan and Cecilia. Ivan made our drinks so delicious and The ones he recommended. Everything was so delicious from the food and the drinks and the friendly environment that Ivan made was definitely a plus. this is our new spot and will definitely keep on coming back!!! They also have a brunch on the weekends with bottomless mimosas. If you have not tried out this place, you definitely need to!

Our waitress, Darlene, was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu in complete detail and provided excellent suggestions, honestly, this made our deciding what we wanted to order a smooth experience, especially given the impressive versatility of your menu. We thoroughly loved the quesadilla birria tacos, the smothered burrito, and the 3 chili enchiladas. Each dish was an explosion of flavors in your mouth, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients used. The combination of the phenomenal food and Darlene’s outstanding service truly made our visit a definite must-try, particularly for anyone who appreciates authentic “Upscale” Mexican cuisine. I was very impressed by the variety of different things there are to try on your menu. Wish we could’ve tried everything!!!
