We had such a great experience – not just the menu but the staff as well. Tony was super helpful.
We shared a guacamole appetizer then graduated to a platter that held – marlin tacos in fresh blue corn tortillas, grilled smothered octopus as well as the mummy shrimp (bacon wrapped and cheese stuffed). Don’t overlook the beverage options… truly…

I like it very much, but it seems a teensy bit on the pricey side. The atmosphere is nice but normal, low key. The waiters were also good. My family ordered guacamole and chips, aguachile, two shrimp plates, one quesadilla, 4 beers and 1 cocktail. The food was great and looked beautiful. Everything was fresh. And though I was not impressed with the flavor of the dessert, it was very pretty. That being said, if I were to go elsewhere, I could get something equal in quality for less. So, I like it very much, but it seems a little expensive for the market.

We have traveled to PV for 25 years and truly very happy we tried this place. We started with 2 appetizer items. The sashimi loro made with beautiful fresh tuna was exceptional and a “must try” option. The aglachile racilla shrimp was a little 2 spicy for 2 of our 4 top. Great flavor but will leave you in tears.
For the main course we had the camarones 3 ways: traditional in butter, in coconut, and bacon wrapped “camerones momia” which was our favorite.
I love octopus and the grilled pulpo zarandeado was perfect. Check this place out.

I had looked forward to this restaurant but found it meh especially given the abundance of outstanding seafood options in the area and the price of the dishes. The cocteles was watery and had i known the ceviche marlin was a grainy consistency I would have ordered a bigger cut. Tuna Loma photographs beautifully but was far too salty. The service was uncomfortable, our waiter a heavy set man who told us with a knowing look and lifted eyebrow that the only option for less spicy was the kid menu. Didn’t feel too comfortable with him grilling me about getting drinks etc.

I was visiting with my family. We had an amazing experience at Juan Tiburon. First of all the seafood is fresh, no worries about getting sick. The ceviche, agua chile and grilled octopus was so delicious. I recommend you getting a seafood salad when you get there, with the tostadas it feeds everyone in your table. We were 6, we each ordered a dish and we’re so full and satisfied. The server Tony is such a great entertainer, he made us all smile with his jokes while getting all foods and drinks on time with good jokes included. We even got to meet the owner. Great people and fresh delicious food from the pacific ocean!

One of the best seafood restaurants in the area. The food is very fresh and the dishes that we ordered were delicious. Our server Tony was great. We always come back to this restaurant and I can’t recommend it enough.

We ordered sashimi aguachiles and grilled snapper with special sauce. Highly recommended from their menu. The sashimi aguachiles was fresh, tasty, savory, and perfectly spicy. The grilled snapper was grilled perfectly, and the sauce was just phenomenal. The staff were very personable. They also very passionate about the work that they do – the took time to explain what the food was, the chiles and other ingredients they used, and the history of the recipe. It was an awesome experience! We highly recommend this if you’re in Puerto Vallarta.

This was our second visit to the restaurant and both times have been consistently good. Our group of 8 was well taken care of by Lalo. He was attentive, but not overbearing and was able to make some great recommendations. The food was well prepared and all came out cooked to perfection. My shrimp and octopus was some of the best we had in PV. Great food at a good price.
