The Food is usually good at this location, however on 4/30/2025 I purchased the Jumbo Pack with one side of rice and 2 sides of potato salad. The chicken was excellent, the rice was okay, unfortunately the potatoes salad was sour and had a weird aftertaste. Like it has been left out of the fridge and the mayonnaise was beginning to spoil. I woke up with a Bad Stomach ache and told my family if they felt a reaction from the food. They all did. Paying a lot for the spoiled side dishes is a no bueno and health hazard. Stick with the chicken and pass on the sides. Especially with everything going up in price.

I live in Riverside. As soon I come home from a long drive. I notice I didn’t get rice instead I got potatoes salad. My children are so hungry. I left a box of chicken without rice. I told the potato salad and second box of chicken to fix my order. When I got to the place the rude worker told me I can change my cold chicken for a hot chicken. I was upset with this customer service experience. I did got my rice. When I prompt to tell him I’ll leave a negative review due his poor customer service. He told me go ahead and do it. I was so angry and left without asking for the manager. I should had ask for the manager to help me out instead of him. Anyway check twice for your food or else you will get incorrect meal for your family.

I purchased a tray of potato salad and Rice. Payed $76 for both trays ..that same night I had to toss the potato salad away. It went bad. In a matter of 4 hrs. What a waste.! Just FYI make sure you are getting fresh food. And not days old! I will never purchase from them again.

Stopped by to pick up dinner on the way home for my wife and me. We got the Mini Pack and added a large Orange Bang. Juan Pollo usually serves the most moist and flavorful chicken, which is why we’re regulars. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was a disappointment.
The chicken was incredibly dry—the driest we’ve ever had—and shockingly small, as if it had been left out too long or reheated from the previous day. It lacked the quality we’ve come to expect.
On the upside, the sides (beans, rice, salsa, salad, and potato salad) were good, as usual. However, the tortillas were, as always, awful —we never eat them because they just aren’t enjoyable. To top it off, the Orange Bang was watered down, which added to the letdown.
Overall, it seems like we just had bad luck tonight.

I came by Today earlier right before closing, ordered the 2 chickens family pack. And they forgot to add my large potato salad and house made casera salsa!! 🙁 I didn’t notice until…. My dumbasss realized it was in my big work MOM BAG lol
