Typically I love Juan pollo. But this is my first visit to this location I usually go to the one-off of Jurupa in riverside. This place needs a bit of help. I came in about 30 minutes before closing and the crew consisted of one lady cleaning with a stinky mop 1 young man at the counter and 2 in the kitchen. Customer service was great food came out quick but not as good as the other location. My main concern is how stinky the mop is. If you cannot tell that the stench in your restaurant is from a dirty bacteria filled mop then you should not be working in food service. I do not know this for sure but I assume the lack of proper management may be responsible for the disappointment I experienced at this location

Love the tacos . Wish they would make sure the.bones were removed along with overly cooked pieces. I’ve been going here for over 20 yrs and the prices have atleast tripled. Sides are extremely expensive.

Very Delicious food and alot for a low price and way more better than just fast food . Just like mothers home cooking to go . Only bad is that no bright attractive sign to show you were its at . Other than that we will be coming back more often now that we found it.

Haven’t gone to a Juan Pollo in years. Glad I pulled up here. The chicken was juicey and delicious. The family enjoyed the rice and beans but the potato salad was really good and my favorite. Plus this JP is one of the only ones left that put chicken in the rice!!!

I love Juan pollo first off, I stopped here on my way home to Moreno Valley bought a mini pack when I arrived home my chicken was burnt and a little crispy is never a problem but it was just charred and dry. I called and spoke to a gentleman first explained to him he asked me to come back in today. I advised I was already home if I could possibly go back tomorrow then the young lady at the register got on the phone and told me I needed to go today or I was “SOL”. I understand policy so I just notified her I would leave a review. She didn’t seem to care so here we are ♀️.

The cashier was very hardworking and helpful, food was served quickly. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was surprisingly not dry. The rice was also good.
