This place has the biggest loaded baked potatoes!! I highly recommend going with the brisket!! The restaurant is nice and clean with daily specials, tvs for watching the game, and attentive waitresses. We were greeted with a smile and our drinks were kept full.

The food at JT’s was good. The only complaint I have is there’s not much there for me as a vegetarian. I wish they would add a veggie burger. We sat in the bar and I actually held a table for us. That was nice. The bartender waited on us. We had great service. I will definitely go back if ever in DeSoto

I’m the one who left a two star review because of the ordering issues I was having. It wouldn’t let me leave another updated review. Well, JT’s has redeemed themselves. I’ve started going back, and my orders have been perfect. The serving staff was always A+, but the food has been amazing. They’ve improved their onion rings, too. The philly cheesecake with onion rings , amazing. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Great staff, great atmosphere, and amazing food. Well done JTS.

It can be hit or miss here. Taco Tuesday is usually great, burgers are good. Sometimes the taco salad is great, other times it’s full of grease. My only real complaint is the inconsistency.

Going to take a break from this place for a while. Food is getting bad again and service is getting worse. We went back again for taco Tuesday, that won’t be happening again for a while. Chicken tacos were as dry as the Sahara desert, my son’s chicken fingers were over cooked. Not to mention the fact they brought the appetizer out the same time as the meal. That was after it took forever for the food to come out. There were at least 4 tables that ordered after we did, and 2 of those tables ate and left before we received our food. The server was friendly, but didn’t apologize or talk to the manager about our issues. I really try to support small local businesses, but these guys are making it really hard. I hope it gets better.

The food was great. I had the pork tenderloin, the wife had the taco salad, and my daughter had the kids cheeseburger. All of the food was great. The waitress was good. We will definitely go back when we get in the area.

Checked out JT’s for the first time and glad we did! Great food & vibe here, super-friendly staff and our food was delicious. Tenderloin was great, meatloaf was a ridiculous hunk of yum. Definitely going to grab a game here one of these days.

A very cozy bar with an interesting design, and in my opinion, the best in «De Soto». If you find yourself in the area, definitely stop by and enjoy the atmosphere! The menu isn’t entirely suitable for vegetarians, but you can still find something to your taste

2 stars because their food is pretty good and servers are friendly however I would bypass this place if you have a food sensitivity or allergy. I repeatedly put for them to not put pickles in my order and 9 times out of 10 they do it. Due to them not honoring my multiple requests I stayed away from them a bit but really missed their Philly cheesesteaks. Had 1 good one and then 2 in a row that they put pickles on it. I’m really starting think it’s being done intentionally or to be funny because they started put the pickle at the bottom and put the food on top, basically hiding it. It’s definitely not funny because they make me extremely sick and I end up having to trash everything. I didn’t even bother calling to speak to a manager these last 2 times because the 1 time I called and explained how I put no pickles twice, she responded by saying I only put it once and offered me $5. I guess once isn’t enough and I have no clue how many times I’m supposed to say it for them to do it but I give up. I guess since it’s not them who had to spend the night on the floor between the tub and toilet sick, they could care less. Such a shame though.

Got there at 1230 on a Saturday. Waited 45 minutes to get appetizer. Had to ask for drink refills. Took my wife’s cup never came back with it. After ten minutes of waiter doing other things I had to go ask for her drink. Food came out wrong. Kids that brought it out took the wrong food right off the plate touching other food and he never told anyone. Ten minutes later had to flag waiter down and ask about it. Finally got it. Was never asked how things were when we got our food. Waiter didn’t tend to us unless we flagged him down. Even when it wasn’t busy. Food was pretty good but the service and speed were terrible! Used to come here a lot but would not recommend now at all.
