Beautiful restaurant in a historic building. Our party of four was seated promptly, service was attentive, and the server was knowlegible of specials. The standout was the food. The specials and regular menu items were delicious and attractively presented. Excellent meal and vibe.

Appetizers were very good. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was perfect. The steaks were not so great. No seasoning and over cooked. Also had the burger and it was ok.

Our waiter was amazing , he gave us a spectacular customer service. I ordered the grilled chicken Gnocchi and replaced the gnocchi with mashed potatoes, which were tasteless. Chicken was hard, like rubber . The steak was good, but the mashed potatoes again didn’t have any seasoning. But sauces were decent however the lack of condiments in mashed potatoes took away all possible good tasting. I eaten here before, and food was 6 out of 10, but this time, it was a 4 out of 10.

thanks for anchoring the train station – historic spot in historic hay market – great liquors & wine selection – patio seating is nice this spring – start with the firecracker shrimp & truffle fries – get the anchovies on your Caesar salad – & save room for the “White Russian ” dessert – kudos to the kitchen & front staff ! – thanks for dinner

Nice restaurant! Not as “fancy” as I was expecting which was disappointing (especially considering the prices). That being said, going on Sunday night and getting the “date night special” and a few happy hour drinks is the best way to eat there affordably. Probably won’t go back terribly often and will definitely go back. The food was delicious BTW 🙂

Service was good. But we waited over an hour for our food. We were told a party of about ten had come in just before us. Overall, the restaurant was not busy. The food was average at best. The presentation was nice. But the steaks were a bit tough and had zero flavor. It was disappointing.

This place is amazing. Be sure to make a reservation before going. I had the Wagyu Filet. It was so tender you really didn’t need a knife. It had a hollandaise Sauce. I would definitely order again. It was the special of the day. We also had the Ribeye that was also a delicious choice.

Monday night date night special was fantastic.
We got the firecracker shrimp as an extra appetizer, and then we had truffle fries, chicken gnocci, and the salmon. Creme brulee as a finisher.
The wine selection was huge!! But I forgot my ID so stay tuned and I’ll have to visit for that portion of things… Ended up just going with a sprite.
The shrimp was amazing! Crispy, juicy tender.
The truffle fries came with this buttery aioli, which was absolutely flavortown. They werent overly oily which is usually my problem with fries. SOO GOOD.
Boyf said chicken gnocci was amazing, tasted like chicken dumplings but better.
I got salmon well on a bed of whipped potatoes with asparagus, which was fantastic.
Lastly, we ended the night with a creme brulee. Overall entree portions were enough for us to have some to take home! I absolutely loved the experience here.
Eli was our server and he had amazing attention to detail. Drinks were never empty.
Made out paying 60ish dollars including tip!
Will be back here in the future, for sure.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience last weekend before we left for home after attending the USC Nebraska football game. Mary was our bartender and server. The Manhattans we had were perfectly balanced and are surf and turf was tender and cooked perfectly. The only thing they need to improve on is to warm up the interior dining space with more booths or banquettes. .

We came in the last minute and finally they got us in . Our waitress was wonderful , we had two different steaks , mine is rare instead I ordered medium rare but it’s fine to me the sauce and mash potatoes was excellent . We will come back here again .
