Generous portions! Pancakes were okay but the breakfast burrito was hands down the best item our table had! Service was excellent. Refilld came often.. we never had ask for more coffee or water. Mom and Pop vibe that has tourists and locals coming back for more!

We loved the food and service at Country Kitchen. We ate outside in the courtyard. It was perfect weather and a very nice place to eat. I had an egg, bacon, tomato sandwich on sourdough bread. It was wonderful and came with country potatoes. My husband had an omelette and toast. Everything was great. Our server was very good and we both took food back to our condo for later. I highly recommend it as a meal before you visit Joshua Tree National Park

Went here while we were staying in joshua Tree for our football draft. This is a fantastic place for breakfast, and it seems as if many people are aware. We had a few different items and it was all good. I personally had the biscuits & gravy, and it hit home! I would def get it again. The breakfast tacos looked great and a little less food for those who don’t want a ton of food. It’s worthy for locals or travelers.

First of all, shout out to our server Leeroy for being an absolute vibe. -The LA girls

This place was DELICIOUS. We did have to wait about an hour to get seated, but it was 100% worth it. Our group of 7 all loved our food. The portions are huge — definitely big enough to share between two people if you’re not super hungry.

Do yourself a favor and GET THE PANCAKES. They were buttery, soft, and so incredibly good.

I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Joshua Tree!

We had a bad experience La Copine nearby and left to eat here instead. It was a breath of fresh air!

The hostess was very friendly and explained that it’d be about a 30-45 minute wait, that there was a waiting area and a bar in the back. She recommended we stick around so we didn’t get skipped on the waitlist and said the wait might be faster if others didn’t show. She had a very welcoming approach with not only us but others waiting in line.

We went to the back to grab a drink at the bar. We got the mango mimosa and a michelada. The bartender was kind and quick! I appreciated the generous ratio of champagne to mango.

We sat with our drinks and waited. The hostess stopped by a few times to check in on other parties and us waiting, letting us know who would be next and about how much longer it’d be.

When we were sat at a table our waitress Marla checked in and got our drinks started while we looked at the menu. Marla checked in on js again when we were ready to order, very warm with us the whole time.

We both opted to get the Deuces Wild. My partner got the chocolate chip pancakes with eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I got the cinnamon swirl french toast with eggs, bacon, and hash browns.

The portions were pretty generous! We wound up taking to-go most of the leftover pancakes and french toast. We had a lovely brunch here. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and hospitable, 10/10 would recommend!

First time visiting. I really wanted some steak and eggs & boyyy this restaurant delivered. No wonder why the chef Anthony Bodain visited back in 2011!! I ordered some medium rare steak, crispy, hashbrowns, egg whites, side of corn tortillas, and pear mimosas. The meal really hit the spot and I wished I’d came sooner to visit. It’s a gem in the desert and I highly highly recommend!

Nice experience today at lunch. The service was great, very welcoming. They have a nice patio as well. The burger I had was very good. No fries though was bummed about that. Had potato chips instead.

I don’t think I have seen do much food before. The service was awesome. The food was delicious. The pancakes were literally the size of a dinner plate. It was worth the drive and the price. Its a very small place, but worth the wait.
