The food itself was tasty. We had the chicken and beef teriyaki combo, the chicken and gyoza combo, and a side of gyoza. The portions of chicken and beef were small and lacked enough teriyaki sauce on the meat. The gyoza had a more generous portion, 10 in total.

This is a small restaurant affixed to the Fred Meyer building. I visited J’s during the early afternoon and was pleased to see that there were a handful of lunch specials.
I ordered General Tso’s and teriyaki chicken combo with white rice. The portion size was generous and the food was amazingly fresh and delicious.
The Tso’s was delightfully crunchy and actually spicy, while the teriyaki was perfectly seared.
The hostess was very friendly and kind, and the overall environment was clean. I absolutely plan to return here soon.

The restaurant was clean, the portion size was amazing and the food was great. I got the bento box number two and I was full after eating the soup and the tempura and some of the sushi and I haven’t even touched my salad or My teriyaki yet. Considering the fact that most places I go- I’m not even completely full after eating the food-consider me impressed! The prices were reasonable too. I didn’t have to wait forever either.

Amount of food is generous for single portion. Food is so delicious. Lettuce with meat is very fresh and crisp that goes well with chicken. Rice is not that sticky but texture was very good. I will revisit this restaurant.

The sweet and sour chicken was super hot and crispy even after the drive home. I don’t like chewy textures and this chicken didn’t have any gristle or skin like a lot of other restaurants have been serving lately so I was able to enjoy every bite. On previous visits, I had the teriyaki chicken and the egg drop soup and everything I’ve tried here I’ve liked.
