It’s a good BBQ place, they are proud of their products as everyone should be specially when it comes to BBQ. The food was good just needed more temperature, both brisket and pull pork were at room temperature, as for flavors they let the natural flavors from the pull pork and brisket shine in my opinion maybe add a bit more flavor just enough to taste more the natural flavors of the brisket and pull pork.The hot BBQ sauce was DELICIOUS the New Mexico touch on it makes it authentic and one of a kind.

I got the pulled pork and the brisket breakfast burritos today and wholly mother of pearl they did not disappoint! Full of flavor, tasty, and absolutely filling. The portion size is amazing and the quality of freshness is amazing as well. The cleanliness of the restaurant is amazing, the staff were super helpful and very friendly and couldn’t ask for anything more! I will definitely be returning for the BBQ plates, sides and desserts as well. We will be returning customers for sure. We definitely need to get this place more recognized because the food is absolutely outstanding!!!! Thanks guys for everything today, you made my day that much better.

Phenomenal… as an Okie, this is legit BBQ! Potato buns are hearty enough to hold the juicy meat, but moist too. Sauces are great. Sides hold their own… get the potato salad. Now for the meat… perfection, smoky, moist… pulled pork and brisket flavor without a lick of fat! OH… AND sweet tea!! We will be back and spread the word to EVERYONE!

We went for lunch, just after their rush, so it was quiet. The kitchen is spotless. The service was very friendly. They clearly like their jobs and that makes me trust the food more. Very tasty pulled pork. Even without the sauce. Sauce was simple but good flavor profile. We loved it and will be back for sure. Great value for the prices.

I arrived at noon on a Thursday. Finding parking was easy and the restaurant wasn’t very busy, so I was able to order and sit immediately. The place looked well kept and organized. I ordered the “Ella” baked potato with pulled pork shredded cheese, sour cream and green onions and baked beans on the side. The potato was nicely cooked without being overcooked. The pork was tender, juicy and well seasoned. The baked beans were a nice level of sweetness, but eat them quickly as they cool off fast. There is mild and hot BBQ sauces on the table, but the hot sauce doesn’t have much heat so don’t be scared of it. I also got tea to drink and was really impressed with the flavor and how refreshing it was. I am a bit of a tea snob and most places locally seem to make it on the weak side. I paid 15.65 and was overall satisfied with my experience.

The restaurant offers a clean and inviting atmosphere, which is reflected in the quality of the food. The ribs were perfectly tender, and the two BBQ sauce options provided a nice variety. I particularly enjoyed the spicier sauce, as it delivered a more robust flavor. The mac and cheese was exceptional and alone made the visit worthwhile. However, the brisket was slightly underwhelming, as it was served a bit cold. With proper heating, I’m confident it would have matched the quality of the other dishes. Overall, a solid experience with a few minor adjustments needed.

Staff is awesome! Brisket is awesome! Mac and cheese was good, my only complaint is that it looked like the container that they served the mac and cheese from was leftover from a previous shift. Potato salad was awesome! Absolutely would recommend this place. I’m glad I stopped in to try something different.
