Our first time to this beautiful new restaurant on the waterfront in Gulfport and we fell in love with it! We came in on a Friday evening for their 4-6 pm,$10.99 “Early Bird Special”. The special includes, salad,rolls,entree and dessert. When we arrived we were greated by a very pleasant hostess along with live jazz music playing in the lounge and happy hour wine at $3.00 a glass…Really Nice! For dinner we started with a bowl of the Conch Chowder which was excellent. For our entree’s we ordered the Filet Mignon and the Seafood Alfredo with sides of Jasmine rice and grilled fresh Zuchini, all of which was nicely seasoned and beautifully presented. For our desserts we had the key lime pie……..outstanding! I have to say that our entire dining experience at J’s was an absolute delight! After Dinner we went up the spiral staircase that leads to the second level “Anchor Bar” which overlooks Boca Ciega Bay….Incredible view! The Anchor Bar had an another musician playing a very good mix of music! Our whole experience at J’s was incredibly nice. Consider us Regulars! Welcome to Gulfport J’s we will definitely be spreading the word!
