I recently stopped by J’s Nutrition in North Sioux City and was thoroughly impressed. I tried the 24 oz Banana Nut Bread protein shake with a caramel drizzle, recommended by Molly, and it was absolutely delicious. With 24 grams of protein, it’s a satisfying and nutritious option. 
The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. J’s Nutrition offers a variety of health-focused beverages, including loaded teabombs, protein shakes, and protein iced coffee, making it a great addition to the Riverside and North Sioux communities. It’s wonderful to support a local business that genuinely cares and knows about the community. 
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and trying one of their shakes—you won’t be disappointed!
