I love J’s absolutely love it which will never change but today my husband ordered the Big Burger with an extra patty to make it a double we was confused when looking at the receipt seeing they charged us for a another burger instead of an extra patty. When we went up there to ask about it they employee and manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. We wasn’t upset until we heard them in the kitchen talking and laughing about the situation. We will not be returning.

The food was amazing! But the coney dog….was by far the best coney dog I have ever eaten! The service was quick, the food was hot and everyone that walked in the door was very friendly. It was raining so we didn’t eat outside but we will be back!!!

Went to J’s on a Sunday night for a burger and a shake. We got there at 7:15 and they closed at 8, plenty of time to get the food, eat and get out. When we approached the counter we did not get met with a “can I help you”, instead the girl greeted us with a heavy sigh and an eye roll. She asked for here or to go and we said here another young girl piped up and said “we close in thirty minutes”. I politely let her know they actually close in 45. Then we we tried to order our shake they informed us there’s no ice cream because they already closed down the machines.

If you advertise you’re open until 8, train your staff that that means you serve all menu items and the public until 8, and to do it with a smile.

Only the cashier was helpful and did his job, the owner or whatever in there is very rude, gizzards was not edible they was harder then a rock, i was going to dine in but due to the disrespectful attitudes i decided to take my food home (20 minutes away). over all a terrible experience will never be back to support a company like this.

It’s very expensive but good. I mean, come on, guys, it’s liberty. What can we expect?
EDIT: I am a very real person who has been a patron of this restaurant many times. I was serious with my review. It is expensive, as it is made to order. It is also good. I did not bash your restaurant. I simply reviewed how I felt. I had a J boy and a chocolate milkshake. It was acceptable as stated in my original review. I appreciate you questioning my legitimacy, but I cannot take it too seriously, coming from someone who took the main entrance to their restaurant and made it into a fire exit.

J’s is awesome. Prices are extremely affordable, food is cooked fresh when you order and tastes amazing with generous portions and TONS of options. Employees are always friendly and do a great job.

Kids meals come in a cool car box, have main food, side, drink and an ice cream cone. Bargain!

For those who complain about price…seriously?! It’s one of, if not the most affordable places my family eats at.

Those that complain it takes too long and service is slow… it’s a small restaurant with small staff and usually huge amount of customers. You want your food cooked fresh it is sometimes going to take a while but it’s worth the wait.

Those who say Employees are unfriendly… I’ve eaten there a ton of times and everyone has always been friendly. From the owner Brian to the managers to the Employees, all have always been kind.

My family loves eating at J’s, it’s my kids favorite place to eat. Liberty is lucky to have this little gem.

I recommend the Chicken, hot breaded chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, jojo’s and banana split…YUMMY!

Quality of food is low and very small portions, the workers are not friendly and service is slow, the list goes on. I paid $11 for 4 small pieces of chicken and a hand full of cold fries. We have given this place too many chances, save your money and go somewhere else.

Old time favorite. Been coming here since I was a little girl. Now I’m bringing kids and grandkids. Nice variety of options and ice cream. Highly recommend this place to campers and locals. Close to a State Park.
