This was our first time visiting J’s Chinese and I promise you, we’ll be back OFTEN! The service was great and the food was incredible!!! The lady at the counter was friendly, helpful, and very busy!!! I couldn’t finish the delicious shrimp and broccoli meal I ordered, but it was terrific heated up the next day! My daughter and I cannot wait to try more of the items on their menu!!!

While the food may be good the service is not. I have been coming here for awhile now. And the more I come here, the nastier the lady seems to get. And today, I have had enough. I walked into the restaurant not realizing the time, and the lady behind the counter had the worst attitude. Told me they were closed. I’m not one to complain but she was extremely rude and I have had enough of her tone. I will not continue to give my business to someone who has no respect or polite customer service.

If you don’t sign their merchant copy of the receipt. They will put a tip in for you after you’ve left and charge your card for it. I bought one menu item that equal $12 and they took $25 off my card . They act like they can’t speak English but they can and they are not slow but they act like it.

Do not waste your hard earned money at this restaurant. They have new owners/ management and the food and service has gone down the toilet. I’ve had to return food twice and both times I was met by that lady who takes orders with a crappy attitude and 0 people’s skills. She claimed that “no one ever complains about the food”, however from the reviews I’ve seen since they have taken over, they are getting lots of negative reviews. Now she can add my negative review to the rest. I am extremely disappointed with the food and service at this restaurant. Please spend your money elsewhere, where the costumer is actually respected!
