I learned of this place through Facebooks recent obsession of showing me things from people I do not follow. I started following them a few months back and finally made it in on my way to Sudbury from my home in The Soo. The food was delicious and lady who served me was very friendly.

Very deliciously hot, cheesy and flavourful pizza!!! They use yummy dough that was light yet fluffy. Had ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and half pineapple. Next time I come to Blind River would definitely stop in for some pizza!

Honestly I can not say enough good things about this place. Best pizza and wings around. They have other apps that are quite delicious too but wings and pizza are our go to. They also offer a gluten free option. It’s a bit pricey but completely worth it. All the staff is amazing and polite. The only time I ever had an order wrong or the pizza wasnt quite cut lol was when they were training someone (which is expected) and they were so apologetic. Hands down best pizza I’ve had between Quebec and B.C. no question.

The pizza was awesome! Fresh toppings, cheese had good pull / taste, the sauce was not overly acidic / overpowering, and the crust had the perfect amount of crunch on the bottom.

Growing up in blind JR’s was delicious. Now it’s ok… It sure wasn’t worth 150 bucks for 4 pepperoni pizza’s I tell ya! I do see alot of travellers nice 5 star reviews and if you leave out the price factors they are not all that wrong as they would be comparing to the big chain companies as their pizzas are garbage!
But JR’s something has changed with your pizza bough, it’s not the same as it was growing up… Now sure what it is but don’t ruin what you once were. Don’t get greedy and try to become one of those big corp pizza places … You were perfect the way you were.

Amazing place. The power is out in this part of Ontario and JR’S has live music an Amazing staff and fantastic Wood fired pizza . Cannot wait to visit again.

What a great find right on the T-Can! We stopped for lunch in Blind River and we had a delicious pizza. We ate right on the front porch watching the traffic go by. The owners are celebrating their 30th year operating the shop and they are super nice and friendly. Good place to pick up a pizza on your way, as well. Delicious !

We stopped here while driving through and we loved the pizza! It exceeded our expectations for a take out place and was ready in 10 minutes. We really liked the crispy crust and the garlic bread. We were also happy to find the riverside park was not even a block away and the perfect place to enjoy our dinner.
A suggestion – paper plates could be helpful. The only thing that would have made our experience better is if we could have located a public restroom.
