As a Canadian trying Jrek for the first time – I would say it’s a bit better than Subway. The staff at this location had to be the most adorable team. They knew everyone that came in and addressed them all as hun or sweetheart which was so cute to see. They had a ton of staff working so there was no wait. The meat was really well seasoned and was a good portion size. My only disappointment is it’s very messy and gets very moist in the foil they wrap it in. I walked a minute to my car – opened both sandwich’s up and they were already soaked and sloppy. Had I waited 20 minutes I think the bread would have just been sog and meat. None the less will probably try again but maybe a cold sub this time.

There is no fumbling around here. The employees seem to all know what their job is and do it well.
From customer service, to making subs, to cooking up the hot orders, they get it all done with a finesse Subway or other places just don’t have.
They were nice and patient with our kids. Place was clean. 5/5!

Ordered delivery. My sub came soaking wet. My dad’s sub as he took a bite had the cheese paper still stuck to the cheese in his sub. Definitely not going to order from there again
