Had a birthday dinner with the family here in late February. Enjoyed the food-a wide variety of it. The food was well prepared. I will not describe the atmosphere in the restaurant as cosy. It was just a large hall with rows of table which made it look more like a canteen. The tables looked aged and probably due to be replaced.Our table was shaking and one had to be careful their food doesn’t turn over. There are a few areas which were cosier than the main hall but they come at an extra price. Staff were helpful. Paid parking available

Planned a birthday meal with my family . It was very quiet when we arrived and not so busy which is a good thing so no waiting around . the first thing that I did notice was the smell .. it was obviously the pork and it was really strong .. it put me off my food completely .
I only managed to eat the Indian cuisine as i couldn’t even pass that section the food wasn’t bad nor was it delicious.
Really really disappointed at the dessert selection it was absolutely filthy and hardly anything there .. then cakes were so dry .. I would not go back !!

JRC Global Buffet offers a huge variety of food, which is its biggest strength. You’ll find everything from Chinese and Indian dishes to pizza ,sushi and desserts so there’s something for everyone. The live grill is a nice touch especially when it’s busy and fresh food is coming out regularly.
That said, the quality is hit and miss. Some dishes are tasty and well-seasoned while others can feel bland or a bit overcooked. During peak times the restaurant gets very crowded which affects the atmosphere and sometimes cleanliness, with tables not cleared as quickly as they should be.
Overall it’s a reasonable choice if you’re very hungry or eating with a group that wants lots of options, but don’t expect restaurant level quality. Good for variety and value average for taste and experience.

This lovely restaurant was recommended by a friend. We went today the Boxing Day for a family meal at lunch time. We had the BBQ and hot pot. There’s lots of great selection of meat, seafood , fruits and vegetables. I was quite surprised by the freshly made nan bread, pizza, kimchi, shushi and so on. Definitely good value for money and parking nearby is very convenient as well.

Such a fun and delicious experience! Being able to cook our own food right at the table made the meal interactive and enjoyable. The buffet had a great variety of fresh meats, vegetables, and sides, all high quality and well stocked. Everything cooked beautifully and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the atmosphere was lively and clean. Perfect for groups or anyone who enjoys a hands-on dining experience. Highly recommend!

Visited yesterday for my grandma’s birthday celebration, and unfortunately the experience was far from what it used to be.
The service was just okay, but the real problem was the food and overall standards. The trays weren’t being refilled unless you specifically asked, which shouldn’t be happening at a buffet.
The dessert section was even worse — children were dipping their hands directly into the chocolate fountain with no supervision, and staff didn’t seem to care. That’s a serious hygiene issue, and I’m not trying to risk food poisoning.
We tried to speak to a waiter about the situation, but they completely ignored us.
Overall, this place has really fallen off. In 2026, with how expensive everything is, the least you expect is basic cleanliness and attention from staff. They need to do much better.plus they didn’t even sing us a birthday song as we requested. Shame

From the start I walked in the service was terrible the reception team was awful the male team member was clueless and not understanding I simple said 3 adults one child one goes in for free as it’s her birthday proof was shown and he seemed so confused he was asked his colleague for help and she didn’t want to even over look the situation he then charged me wrong this all took 30 minutes before we was seated made me pay again due to him forgetting the child so man issues for something so simple . I then spoke to the manager and he didn’t do anything about the situation didn’t care how upset i was how embarrassing it was and ruined her birthday !!!! Food was awful straight out the packet the food containers was not refilled all the time half empty containers lack of choices chicken taste like rubber your better off going to Iceland buying frozen food and cooking it yourself the manager was awful I run hospitality for a living and I was shocked for your company sake and for the restaurant reputation change the management and the clueless lazy team.
Before I forget toilets were unhygienic dirty and slippery this was the place to go now I will definitely never return or suggest it stay away .

The branch is listed to close at 10:30 PM and we had a booking for 8:30 PM, but by 9:00 PM staff had already started cleaning the food counters with steel wool while food was still displayed. Most counters were empty with leftover food and no refills. The Indian counter had fewer than four leftover dishes. Live lamb and prawn cooking took over 20 minutes, during which time the other counters went completely empty. Very disappointing experience.
Paid extra £4.20 for a coke.
Its not the staff fault to clean and empty the counters while customers are still eating, its the management who are responsible for maintaining or improving standards, provide extra time for your staff to finish their cleaning duties after the restaurant closing time.
