We stumbled into this little place after looking for a coffee shop. We are not from the area.
This shop was really cute, had music playing, the guy working was super friendly.
Got some sort of coffee, I think a smore something or other. They had lots of choices. It was decent.
The cookie was to die for. My son immediately wanted us to drive back and get more.
It’s located in a little run down hotel. While we were inside getting the coffee/cookie my s/o and baby waited in the car. There was a man, who appeared to be homeless that walked right up in front of our car and peed on the side of the building right in front of them. Only reason for not 5 stars, not even the coffee shops fault, maybe just the area?

Stopped by this coffee shop and had a cortado along with a croissant stuffed with a patty, omelet, and cheese—everything was absolutely delicious. The coffee was rich and smooth, served in elegant modern-style cups, adding to the experience. The place itself is unique, with an authentic design that blends vintage and modern elements. Scattered throughout are nostalgic details like an old microphone, antique clocks, and classic board games, giving the space a cozy yet stylish vibe. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the barista was exceptionally friendly. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy quality coffee!

Overall passing so only for the sake of feedback would I add that I think the coffee lacked coffee taste in both the latte and iced latte. However, they were still smooth tasting without any burned milk or off aftertaste. I think a few tweaks could go a long way on that. The interior is rather intriguing and inviting. I can picture myself going back. I would like to see a more robust espresso favor to seal the deal. Again, not a bad experience but hopefully the feedback can be received as constructive. Important side note, the barista was friendly and engaged well.

Added a $1.49 bottle water to my two hot dog order, but never ordered the water. I didn’t say anything because it showed me another typical untrustworthy person taking advantage of someone who was just trying to give them some business. Ever since all the food vendors at the outlets are gone and JPMino started selling some food besides coffee I thought it was great until the additional charge of something I didn’t order. People beware this guy is a scammer at the premium outlet location. Make sure to ask for a receipt and watch the display as you are being rung up. Warning

Such an unsuspectingly cute/cozy spot! You can tell when you first walk in that you are stepping into someone’s dream. The owner is clearly equally a connoisseur of both coffee and hospitality as they are for art and interesting pieces. Extremely cozy spot that feels like you entered someone’s home, and the use of mirrors makes the space feel much larger than it is. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend stopping in!

This stop was extra special because I got to try something completely new to me — Black Dog Coffee — and oh my crema, it did not disappoint. I’ve never had their beans before, but I’m here to say they’ve officially entered my Top 5 Coffee Roasters in the tri-state area. Bold. Smooth. Balanced. Basically a warm hug in a cup.
Now let’s talk about Trish — the lovely barista who saw my over-caffeinated soul from across the counter and said, “I got you.” I threw a very specific drink request at her (because I’m a little particular, OKAY?), and she didn’t just roll with it — she took her time, listened, and absolutely nailed it. That kind of patience and barista intuition? Elite.
JP Mino is centrally located in Hagerstown, and the vibe is just the right amount of cute-meets-cozy — it’s the kind of place where you could romanticize your laptop work or spill your secrets over a second latte. IYKYK.

I stopped by this place at the outlet mall yesterday, and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk, and it tasted rotten . I had to throw it away. My boyfriend got an iced coffee, and it tasted just like plain water. I was about to go back and give the guy a piece of my mind because the coffee was so bad, and he seemed so impatient, just wanting us to hurry up and order, but my boyfriend didn’t want me to cause a scene. Honestly, I swear they used bad or old milk in my coffee, it made me feel a little sick. Definitely the worst coffee place I’ve ever been to at the Hagerstown outlets.
