I am from the Philippines and my husband and I stopped by Joyce’s Asian Fusion food truck and we both agreed that she served some of the very best Filipino and fusion dishes ever! We especially loved the adobo, the chop suey, the lumpia, the buchi balls, and the Korean bulgogi. Really delicious flavors and generous portions!

First time here. Food was excellent! Lumpia, Pancit Bihon and fried rice this time. Called in order and went and picked it up 15 minutes later. We will definitely be returning to try more things!

Joyce’s Kitchen Asian Fusion food truck offers an incredible Asian experience, serving up some of the best Asian food you’ll ever try. The food flavors are, fresh, and superior to anything I’ve tried (YES, better than PF Changs)(and YES, out of a food truck). Whether you’re craving stir-fry, dumplings, spring rolls etc…, Joyce’s Kitchen nails it with each bite,(And YES your food will look like the picture on the menu). The portion sizes are very generous, and the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. With that said, if you want a cheaper price, keep going to the cheaper Asian place you have been going to and enjoy the lower quality and taste of your food. The quality of the ingredients is apparent, and you can taste the care and difference (then from your regular go to Asian place). Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best Asian food (YES out of a food truck and YES, located in little ole Beebe AR).

This is by far the BEST Asian cuisine I’ve had here in the state of Arkansas. I am from northern Illinois, and was quite disappointed in the options I came across when it came to Asian cuisine in the Searcy/Beebe area. However, I didn’t give up and I’m so glad I didn’t! Although this is a food truck, the food was PHENOMENAL. Every single dish had its own flavor, not one dish we tried was subpar, even the plain white rice was delicious! Although it does take some time to receive your food, it is well worth the wait! Their food is made fresh to order, which is why there is a wait. The prices are fiar as well, we did get a variety of items so I was expecting a higher price but again, definitely delicious and worth it! I will definitely be going back to try more of their food!

I Love Filipino Food….there are some Filipino offerings like lumpia, adobo and silogs (didnt see longonisa ) there is also several Korean style dishes. Spicy Pork Mondu(Fried potsticker). She does catering and you can special order some of the more exotic(for your average american)Filipino dishes like Kare Kare, even Dinuguan(sp?), BicolExpress (spicy Coconut Milk Chicken) which if its even close to my wifes yiu get addicted fast.

Absolutely the best food I’ve had in a long time. I’ve eaten here twice now and have been amazed both times. Not only is the food amazing but the service is top notch. The whole family enjoyed so much. It will be a weekly visit for us no question. If you’re looking for something different that has mouth watering food and quality service look no further. Do yourself a favor and TRY IT!!!

I had the teriyaki chicken and noodles and my husband had the spicy Korean chicken bites. Everything was so delicious! We enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine and the guy who took our order was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
