Their Chimi is easily the best I’ve had—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. And the pork Yaroa? A dream come true! Creamy, savory, and packed with the perfect blend of spices, it’s a must-try for anyone looking for a taste of true Dominican street food.
The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff at the front to the chef who came out personally to answer our questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to great food made the entire experience unforgettable.
Right now they are a takeout and delivery place, but I hear they’re considering expanding—I can’t wait!

I recently dined at Joya Kitchen and tried two Dominican classics—the Chimi and the Yaroa. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the bread used in the Chimi, but it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were spot-on, and the bread complemented the sandwich perfectly. As for the Yaroa, it was absolutely perfect! The combination of melted cheese, crispy fries, and tender pork created a mouthwatering experience. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying.

if you’re looking for good food and great service this is the place. ive ordered a few times since its been open and it never disappoints. i would love to point out which dish stood out the most, but it’s impossible everything is good. i absolutely love it.
