My family and I have been eating here since 2008 the food is always fresh has good flavor. The general tso chicken has a lot of protein not heavy on breading, lo Mein is always a good choice. Staff is friendly restaurant is always clean has booths for eat in.

Not a bad joint, good for what it is. I get the feeling the majority of the business they do is take out being that I was the only one in the restaurant eating and the way they served me the food was in takeout containers but it wasn’t bad. Especially if you want to dine at a place that isn’t too busy or noisy. Was a little disappointed they didn’t serve alcohol but I guess it’s not the end of the world, lol. Staff members were friendly.

What can I say? It’s reliable, it’s cheap, it is usually tasty enough that I continue to patronize. Good people. General Tsos bean curd is a favorite, good lo mein, the ribs and wings are quite good. Now, Joy Wok isn’t a place that’s going to blow your socks off, but it’s consistently good food.

Their rice isn’t that good for fried rice. Can’t taste the wok at all. Very bland because they aren’t refrying the rice if you know how it’s made. I’d drive to Toga for that reason alone. Other than that the food is ok .

Joy Wok is a nice place. I guess the building was once something else – like a diner or sweet shop. Very clean. Food was good – we both had the General Tso’s Chicken, mine with plain white rice and hubby had pork fried rice. Big portions so we ate the left-overs as a light dinner the next night. Looking forward to eating there again.

WHY CANT I GIVE MORE STARS! We are from Maine and go here every time we come to visit my dad! The ribs are absolutely to die for! We always buy extra to take home with us! Food is absolutely amazing I wish we had one near us or at least the recipe for the ribs!

Just stopped here this week and was very pleasantly surprised how good the restaurant is. The food is very good and eating here is very quiet and peaceful. It is so good I came back outa my way two days later! I recommend this Joy Wok!
