I went to Joy’s teriyaki today with my first day actually happens to be Thanksgiving of 2025 any rate the portion was fair The price was reasonable I made specific directions and they thought of them to a t so honestly these people are pretty good and the food was pretty good quality to actually. Just ate here, and wanted to support local business. When I ordered they told me the stated they serve everything in Togo container. Even for dine in customer.
The ramen was instant ramen and I had to eat out of two containers. I have to say it was a disappointing experience.
It’s seems to be very different than some of the other Joy Teriyaki locations.

Worst service and chicken quality, tried to help small business but they do not deserve it, bought kung pao chicken, the chicken did not taste well, freezer burn and seems old, black in color, weird taste and chicken teriyaki was not grilled well, Panda express have better chicken quality than this place, plus they did not allow restrooms for customer. See pix. All food went in garbage bin. They do deserve zero stars.

Very good place ate here 4x in the last week. The chicken katsu is particularly good. Fresh rice, salad and chicken. Would appreciate full sized chopsticks.

So, I’m trying to blast this business for their inability to take care of the cleanlinessof their business. If you think the inside of this bathroom door is clean, even after I wiped it off with just water, try to imagine how well they take care of the kitchen! All the owner could do was argue and try to tell me this bathroom was cleaned every day. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! Pictures of the door are before and after I wiped down the noticeable dirt in the one area. It is quite obvious this door has not seen cleaning solution or a cloth for a long time.

My coworker got chicken here yesterday and I got sweet and sour chicken here today. Both of us got very dry, unappetizing meals. We are not going to this location in the future. My chicken looked like it had been refried 3 times. It was also very expensive.

I ordered lunch here today and received the worst chicken teriyaki bowl ever in my life. Chicken was extremely dry—and tasted like it was cooked a few days ago. Thought this restaurant would bring me Joy but gave me an upset stomach. I’ll never eat here again unless they provide paying customers with better quality, and service.

Good food, as is typical of Joy Teriyaki and good customer service. Every time I am there I am asked how my meal is; which, is a little uncommon for a fast food type restaurant. Unfortunately this area is not very nice and gives the restaurant a sort of run down appearance. Food doesn’t disappoint though.

I would not recommend this location. Spicy chicken not spicy. Customer service absolutely horrible… this is an edited review and everything before this was my first experience. Now I need to give the review of my second visit. Dirty tables and a horribly unmanaged bathroom. When I confronted the staff about the bathroom cleanliness, I was confronted with the excuse of it’s the customers who make it dirty. Please see the pictures that I included in this review, as it shows how dirty the bathroom door was and when I wiped off part of it with only water from my paper towels after washing my hands it is visibly cleaner. Which obviously means that they don’t do any type of cleaning. If they can’t clean their bathroom how clean do you think their kitchen is?
