An absolutely fantastic find! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and incredible. What made our visit even better was the top-notch service. The staff were so friendly and even spoke Hakka with my friend and Cantonese with me, adding a personal touch that we loved. Can’t wait to go back!

Joy Sushi is Vail’s best kept secret. Amazing service and the staff is so kind. Miso soup warms the soul on a cold winters day. The fish is so fresh and tasty. I came to Joy Sushi for my birthday and they made me this lovely sushi boat! Grateful for Joy Sushi!

Food was delicious and the staff were kind, but I think the staff were trying to leave early (everyone standing nearby and the restaurant is small) so we felt bad being there even though it was still more than an hour till close when we got there. We got a spicy tuna roll, crazy tuna roll, and the sundown roll. The crazy tuna was the best roll for sure. None of them were spicy, but I think the jalapeño just wasn’t hot this batch. We would definitely go again. It was pricey, but it’s in Vail so not a surprise.
