This has long been a favorite sushi go-to for me! It’s been a few years, but I finally made it back here last Friday! They changed the inside from last I remember (if that tells you how long it’s been since I visited) and everything looks great!
The service was very fast, and everyone was friendly! I highly recommend coming during happy hour because of the deals on the hot sake and beer. They offer all-you-can-eat sushi which is very good, especially for the price per person! Our favorites are always the nigiri! Another favorite is the Joy Roll, the smoked salmon pairs very well with the pineapple and mango sauce!
The only critique I have is for the green tea ice cream dessert. It just needs to be a bigger scoop, maybe instead of one, it needs to be two just because of how small it was.
Overall, I absolutely love this sushi place and I recommend visiting if you love sushi!

The portions for the AYCE are ridiculously small in comparison to other AYCE sushi places I’ve been to, all which were a few dollars less than what they charge here. We didn’t get to order a third round because we were 50+minutes in, waiting for them to even take our second round order after having quickly finished the first round, which as I mentioned were small bite size portions. They had 5-6 cooks in the sushi station and the place was not as busy as other places during a dinner service which was all the more disappointing.

Our experience was fantastic. The pieces were small but fresh and as advertised it was an all you can eat. This place was lively, clean, extremely busy. What a extraordinary group of hard working employees. I think these three employees were exceptional

Not the best sushi you’ll ever have but good for twenty dollars all you can eat and i wasn’t worried about the quality.
I got out having spent 30 on food, tea and a 25% tip.
Service was fast and friendly.
Restaurant was clean.
The only issue I anticipate others having with the place would be their limited hours. Door says Tues thru Saturday lunch 11:30 to 2:30 and dinner 4:30 to 8:30.
That’s not a huge deal for me but for some it might not be flexible enough.

I was after quantity of food for my mone, and I found more. I was pleased with the quality and presentation of each plate. I took my time and enjoyed each plate. I was surprised some of the cuts were better than expected. They were closer to melting with each bite than having to chew through the tough fiber of the fillet. The fillet actually had flavor and didn’t need a soy sauce bath.

This place the best quality all-you-can-eat in Colorado. I would consider myself as a regular here as I go almost every week and it’s so heart warming when your waitress already knows your drinks and what you wanna start with. All the staff are so kind and overall great service. The food is amazing, most especially their consistency. Would highly recommend trying this place out.

I had an amazing experience at Joy Sushi! The all you can eat sushi was such a great value and the quality of the sushi was fantastic. The variety of rolls and sashimi was impressive and everything tasted so fresh. The service was also exceptional – our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.

Decent sushi with plenty of roll options. Food comes out fairly quickly. Service is friendly. The price point here is fair as well. Bonus option here is the all you can eat option for $30 per person.
