Place was very clean and staff were very friendly. Ordered a bunch of different items and nothing disappointed. Teriyaki chicken was fully cooked and plenty of rice. Miso soup was hot and great. Spring roll was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tempura chicken was just as good. Steak hibachi was perfectly cooked to order. The chicken dumplings were typical gyoza, but still very delicious. The edamame tasted salty and fresh. Overall everything we had came out relatively fast and tasted amazing. Guy who handed us our food had a genuine smile. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is trash. If you eat sushi foreal then You just know. This food taste like I made it from a kit or something they have Philadelphia rolls with no smoked salmon. There’s only fake crab meat and cream cheese for every single roll. Greenville itself is a place with no culture to know the difference anyway

A good spot for a different lunch. Maybe even a bit healthier than other norms. They’re not exactly friendly (kind of blasé) and not fast food speedy, but still worth a visit when you are in the mood for a change.

We had the Chicken and Steak Hibachi, spring rolls, and California rolls. All of it was absolutely delicious! The best Hibachi I have had since being in California. I highly recommend it.

Disappointed for me, friend got chicken and rice lunch, said it was good, I wasnot that hungry and ordered fried calamari and spring roll. Mine was terrible Drink machine was very dirty. I will not be going back.

Love this chain but the quality at this location has gone down a bit. Still good food for sure, but the Laurens rd location is Far superior .

This place just needs to close down for lunch hours. It smells really horrible. Rice and salmon were extremely dry. The presentation of the plate looked as if they used gloves with teriyaki sauce on them. Now on the other hand, the service from the guy at the front counter, he was super nice. That’s the only good thing about it.

Been ordering here since 2014. Quality has gone done real bad. And dont even bother ordering online, you’ll place your order over an hour a head and it still wont be ready. And if you try to cancel your order? They can’t cancel your order and have no direction to point you to cancel your order. Embarrassing.

Ordered delivery. Worst delivery meal I’ve ever had. Juices from the meal had spilled all in the bottom of the plastic bag. The vegetables had been cooked beyond recognition. The spring roll was so greasy it had become soggy. Won’t order from JOT again.
