This place has been here for many years. It’s clearly a small, family-run establishment that is doing the best they can in a tight economy.
They seemed to have some regulars.
Pros: I had the Mongolian Beef lunch special. Came with soup and either rice, fried rice, or chow mien. The overall flavor was fine. Well developed. Generous portions except as noted about the beef below.
Service was very nice.
Cons: There was hardly any beef in the Mongolian beef. Maybe five or six small bites. It was mostly sautéed onions and green bell peppers with about five hot red peppers. But again, the overall flavor was good if a bit greasy.
The chow mien was just noodles, no veg at all. See my picture of it.
The place itself is a bit run down and gungy and could use a fluff, but that would be expensive for a family to do. Certainly not a fancy place. Clean enough for me but some might disagree.
It’s one of the very few Chinese places around, so if you want Chinese food then give them a try. Support a family.

We ordered takeout. It was easy to order online. The food was ready early. The pickup and payment went well. Slight irritation with the default tipping choices. The on-site dining room is bright and clean.
We ordered pan fried dumplings 3/5 (more like deep fried, filling is good), Singapore noodles 4/5 (needed more spice), and sesame chicken 4/5 (some pieces were quite good and others overcooked).

This is your classic American-Chinese food! Everything was fresh and hot! I was greeted with a warm welcome, and I felt that the business owners truly appreciated my business. I ordered the cashew chicken and it was very tasty! It was a huge portion that lasted me all day. It is a one story business with no steps and lots of parking. My order took about 11 minutes. There are a lot of spaces to sit, but since I was in my lunch break I got mine to go. They put the rice in a separate container which made sure it didn’t get mushy. I will be visiting again soon.

Joy luck used to be good but since the change in ownership it leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered and spent a lot of money on dinner tonight. The lemon chicken was rubber, almost like it was made from scraps. Couldn’t even finish it before throwing it out. The rest of our order was bland and tasteless.
The restaurant itself was dirty and hard on the eyes. The employees I guess were OK.
Honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had here. Sadly, we wont be going back.

We went for lunch and ate in the restaurant. I’m a sucker for a good hot and sour soup, and man, this one is good. The bowl is big enough to share, and just an umami bomb with a nice level of lingering heat from the chilis. I got the pork in chili garlic sauce with chow mein noodles, everything tasted nice and fresh out of the wok. As we were wrapping up our meal, one of the workers was rolling their egg rolls, so those are fresh and probably delicious too, adding them to the list for next time.

Delicious! Tastes authentic. Great selection and average prices. Fried rice, walnut shrimp, mapo tofu and kung pao chicken were very tasty and spicy how it should be.

I am SO thrilled that I found this wonderful little place. The interior isn’t fancy, but it’s bright and clean. More importantly, the food is fresh and absolutely delicious! In addition, the young man at the register was polite and helpful. He even carried the food out to my car since my order was quite heavy. I will most definitely be returning for more.

Great food and flavor! We decided to give this place a try above others. The food is delicious and fresh. Lots of options and made quickly. The general Tso chicken was so good. The veggie rice noodles were cooked perfectly. We got the pu pu platter appetizer and it was all great except for the cheese wontons. The wrappers they use are very thick and not good at all. Besides that it was all A+.
