The 4.2 average rating absolutely makes no sense.
We ordered takeout tonight and of the $75 we spent, probably 50 is going into the trash. My wife and kids refused to eat it and we are not particularly picky.
Peking ravioli inedible. Large, grotesque and oily.
Beef and broccoli. Just greasy and zero flavor. This is a staple dish, how is it so terrible?
Vegetable fried rice. Somewhat edible but just bad. No flavor and covered in oil.
Mango chicken. Very good. The only dish that saved the dinner.
Hot and sour soup. Average, but way too spicy. Sour and hot balance way off.
Please save yourself the money and try anything else. This was our first and last. Wish we could get our money back.

Very disappointed with my order tonight. The scallop shrimp calamari dish at $23 has nothing to speak of regarding seafood. It was loaded with pea pods though. The veggie fried rice was bland. Other stuff was good, like the mango chicken and tidbits.

The worst customer service ever, just waiting to steal your money, this is NOT an honest buisness and if you cant treat your customers with respect you should not own a buisness, never never buying from here again. want good quality Chinese food and customer service? START HOUSE IN Framingham, your welcome. Will never want to deal with this horrible service and experience provided by this place ever again.

We were planning on eating at Joy Luck but was surprised of the mall eating area. We decided to eat at home. The food was very good the General Tso was nice and crispy.

This place deserves 5 starts for what it is: some of the best American Chinese food around. General Tao’s chicken is great (I asked for it extra extra spicy). Beef chow fun is solid. Takeout service is fast and efficient. It’s not overly greasy and ingredients are good quality. I called in an order at 5:40, left my house, picked up some wine and then the food, and was back at my house by 6:00pm.

I recommend if youre on a lunch break, or if you really want Chinese food. The cashier was very nice, and they also helped me understand a situation I had on GrubHub, from now on if I was hungry id go in the store, be greated by the kind cashier! Loved it!

I will never be going back to Joy Luck ever again! I got two large bags of food worth $187.62. The woman told me the bags were heavy. I put them in my trunk for a 10 minute car ride home. My daughter lifted the bag from my trunk and the paper bag broke. Some of the food fell out in my trunk, some fell to the driveway. The paper bag broke because it was wet with condensation, not because of the weight. What did the woman say when I called her to let her know that the salt and pepper shrimp we had ordered was on our driveway? “I told you the bag was heavy.” Ummm…no, the bag didn’t break because the food was too heavy. The paper bag broke because it was soaked with the condensation because of the way the food was packed. The woman said they could not do anything about our $17 order after we had just spent nearly $200? I refuse to go back there because of their poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These photos are of the grease that came out of my egg roll. Chicken wings tasted of soap and were of poor quality. Chicken fingers dry and soapy tasting. Threw it all in the trash. Basically a waste of money. Would not recommend.
