Joy by Thai Thai is an amazing restaurant! Walking in, the food smelled great, and the place was spotless. It was quiet, and it was easy to talk while also blending in with some of the background noise. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was phenomenal. It cost us less than $40 to feed 3 people with rice to go. I recommend getting the chicken spring rolls and the woon sen; they are packed with flavor. Overall, if you are looking for spectacular Thai food in the area, look no further than here.

Even though they just changed locations, stepping into this restaurant already feels like coming home. The staff have always been friendly, but over the past few years, there is a clear core of highly dedicated individuals that make this place incredibly charming and always worth revisiting.
The food is consistently delicious with good portion sizes, and Joy is always trying new things by adding to the menu and even sneaking in some samples when we pick up our order or dine-in. Even when I end up ordering the same thing week after week, I always feel challenged to eventually change and try something else because I want to experience everything they have to offer.
I hope others will enjoy their favorites but also step outside of their comfort zone and try some of the other delicious choices on the menu.
I wish I had a picture of the the amazing green curry I had today, but by the time I took a few pictures of the other dishes, I was ready to start eating!

I’ve been going to Thai Thai since 2008. The Pad Thai is my favorite, but Joy is always trying new things and I can’t wait to taste what she comes up with next. Also try the rangoon! It’s totally different from the kind you’re used to from your usual place. The Thai rangoon has almost a curry taste to to it. It’s hard not to eat them all myself!

I would not recommend this place. From the start we got poor service. Both tables with dirty dishes on top and not cleaned. And then the server proceeds to tell us to just sit on the bar stools. We are a party of 3 and there’s only 2 bar stools. He doesn’t even try to clean the tables for us to sit. Another party comes in and he cleans it for them. Super rude!! We had to move the dishes and clean the table ourselves. As for our food, the 3 of us ordered the same thing mild, spicy and Thai spicy.. and they all tasted flavorless and were not spicy whatsoever. This is 100% the worst place I’ve been in. Take your money elsewhere!!!!!

The chicken fried rice is more like wet Spanish rice and Thai hot isn’t hot at all. They might have forgotten to add the chile. The serving size is giving lunch special.
The green curry is good but not as savory as before.
The food seems to be not just less but also not as flavorful.

Yum! The food is a 5, delicious and fresh.
Highly recommend the Thai fried rice.
Not the Thai hot- fried rice though, the texture is gritty.
Their Iced Coffee & Thai teas are the best.
The dining area is a bit sad and neglected, so I just do carry out.
Always call to see if they’re open before going or have a backup plan. I’ve driven way to many times only to find they were closed for various reasons and it wasn’t showing as closed on maps.
Good thai is hard to find in this area. Always look for higher food ratings when deciding where to get your thai so you don’t waste your money.

We enjoyed shrimp blankets, soup, curry and stir fry. This place is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The owner greeted us (and cooked our food). Her name is Joy, and she was absolutely a joy to be around. They’ll treat you like family, and you’ll make this a regular place.

Hands down, best Thai restaurant I’ve been to in the area! The red curry is delicious, hence the empty plate picture. The yellow curry was smooth and tasty. Niko was a great host and great with our kids. Don’t let the looks deceive you, this place is a hidden gem. Will definitely be back!
Update March 2023: Had the staff surprise me with something off-menu and they didn’t disappoint! Pad curry is one of the best dishes I’ve had in the area!!!

Ommmmggg I’m soooo Full This place was great!! Great Customer Service and Great food!!! I tried it before the change and it was good then but it’s Really good now!!! Hubby had the Thai Fried Rice and I had the Pad Thai. We substituted the meat for mushrooms and it was sooooo good!! I’m always hesitant on substituting the meat for mushrooms because at some places it takes away from the overall flavor of the dishes and makes a bland taste. But Not HERE!! If you like Vegan food or Vegetarian food or Meat, give this place a try !!! You’ll love it too!!Also try the lime Thai tea this was my first time ever seeing it but it was good!!!
