The jerk chicken is properly seasoned with real heat and depth, not toned down. The oxtail pasta is rich, slow-cooked, and balanced, with tender meat and full-bodied flavor.
Jamaica is my favorite destination. The food here reflects that standard. This is not imitation Caribbean food. It is accurate and well-executed.

Absolutely amazing! I have had Journey’s catering in the past and the food has always been great, however, yesterday I visited Journey’s restaurant and I was so impressed. I frequent different restaurants and I can say that the quality of food, attention to detail and service at Journey’s was top tier, 10/10. I had appetizers, Coconut shrimp, wings, spring rolls, festival and plantain and everything was so fresh and tasty. The spring rolls were the best I’ve had. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for my main and it was honestly the best burger I’ve ever had, the fries were good too. My mother had the salmon and she loved it. Everyone was happy with their food including my 5 year old nephew who is a pickey eater(he had cheese pizza). For dessert I had the cherry cake, also very good and different from other cakes I’ve had in the past. Cam was our server and she was so sweet and awesome. I can’t wait to visit again!

Journey’s Cuisine is a lovely restaurant in Milton by the 401 exit to hwy #25. They are located within the Best Western hotel.
I’ve dined there multiple times. The food is delicious each and every time. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Favourite meal of mine is the salmon with the mango salsa. Always cooked to perfection. Combine that with either oxtail, jerk chicken or curry goat and you can’t miss.
And don’t forget dessert!!

We went to the Mother’s Day Bruch. The food was amazing. The variety was excellent. They served shrimp, lobster tails, oxtail, jerk chicken, jerk pork, salmon, rice different salads, deserts. Drinks were included. The servers were very friendly. Restaurant was clean. I have been several times before. I suggest you try it there.
I wanted to add that Journeys hosted our family event. It was beautiful. The food was delicious. The tables were nicely decorated for a more upscale look. They helped us curate a menu based on our budget. They went above and beyond.

Wow! It’s been three days since we I had my wife’s birthday brunch at Journey’s and my guests are still talking about how great the food and hospitality was. They’re all vowing to come back with their friends and family for an encore. Who’d have thought that nestled away in this little spot in Milton was such a great culinary talent — Courtney, you’re the best! And Kamilia you’re responsiveness, thoughtfulness and flexibility in making this special occasion for us a most memorable one will always be met with gratitude. Keep up the excellent work you two and continue to tantalize us with your great tasting foods and warm welcoming atmosphere.

I am so happy and surprised. My car broke down and our good lord blessed me with not only a hotel. But AN amazing restaurant. The food is very good, not just food but there is a carebien heart in there too.

My first time in Milton and I can’t say enough good about this place. Such a warm, relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The staff were absolutely incredible. And to say the food was good would be an understatement -because it was excellent! I should also mention the prices are very reasonable. Our server, Femi, was amazing and the Chef, Mr. Courtney Guy, came and met us and we enjoyed a very inspirational talk all about his career journey. The students left raving about a whole experience.
