Journeys Coffeehouse is no stranger to the Midland community. The coffeehouse was established in two locations in 2007, the first at Messiah Church and the second in Downtown Midland on Main Street. The team saw a need in the community for a gathering place that cultivates friendship, authenticity, connection, and safety. Both coffeehouses were brought to a pause, but after a brief hiatus, the original Journeys Coffeehouse is open and ready to serve.

This was a unique coffee shop. When I first pulled up, I had no idea where the entrance was because all I could see was a church and repair shop. After driving around the parking lot for a bit (I was on a time crunch and needed wifi), I found the entrance on the right side of the building. Staff were friendly and quickly made my drink and sandwich. I have the turkey reuben and teddy graham latte. Both were very delicious!. There were many seating options, but it appeared a meeting was starting, so I hurried to finish and get out of their way. Overall, it’s a nice place.

Love love love that they have gluten free options, and that they are affordable! The food is yummy and the atmosphere is cozy. I like how I can hang out and read, play games, and enjoy my time and not feel rushed. We have been here many times and everyone is really nice and the food has been consistently good. Awesome place for the community.

Terrific place to meet up with friends and clients. Everyone is friendly and great service. Great place to find businesses you need, due to the fact they are there conducting their business. Check them out instead of that high priced coffee. Yes, they have coffee, hot chocolate and flavories, raspberry hot chocolate is my favorite.

We discovered this little coffee shop kind of unexpectedly while doing some work in the area. The service is always pleasant and friendly. The drinks are hot, for me; my husband orders iced drinks on occasion. The hot chocolate reminded me of the hot chocolate my mom would make on the stovetop for us when we were out of school on winter break, or when we’d go home for the holidays.
The coffee is good. I could have used a bit more flavor in my PSL.

Its re-opened and better than ever! Amazing coffee at good prices, great salads, sandwiches, and pastries. Amazing vibe inside, great place for hanging out or doing homework. All the baristas are absolutely amazing!

They had one in downtown Midland also. Now its at the church. But they have a drive through and money goes towards helping others, because thats how this church is. Also right behind them they have his hands auto. Which is also part of the church.
