We ordered 30 mithai boxes as thank you gifts for our baby shower and were very happy with everything. The sweets were delicious, fresh, and beautifully packed. Arshdeep made the process very easy from start to finish. We will definitely order sweets from Jot Sweets again.

The service here is so amazing. I love their spicy foods and sweets. It was my first time coming here and it was beyond my expectations. Honestly I read the bad reviews and it seems to me that they’re fake or those type of customers who wouldn’t pay at all. this is coming from someone who has been working in the food industry for so long so I have an idea. AWESOME customer service AND AWESOME food!!

The worst chicken tandoori I ever had.. I usually don’t write reviews but after having their chicken tandoori couldn’t stop myself from sending the review..The chicken is so hard and it can be easily made out with picture attached, no taste, neither smoky nor tangy nor chinese flavor… couldn’t even finish one piece.. Sorry if this review offends the owner but hope you bring some change to the dish.. I am however a great fan your samosas and desserts so adding just extra star for those.

Indian Jot has the best butter chicken in town. It is very flavorful. I’ve tried different butter chicken dishes in the surrounding area, and hands down this is the best around.

My family and I stopped by here after visiting other stores in the area so we could relax a little before our drive back to Oregon. The place is definitely a whole-in-the-wall and run down looking. None of us were greeted nicely, let alone at all, and no smiles or thank you for your purchases. We purchased gross oily tasting jalebi, chai (nothing special) that was so hot you can’t even drink it right away (and they forgot to give to us after waiting for 10 minutes in the side of their space that is very limited seating), a box of veggie samosas (tasted ok, sometimes soapy), ladoos (tasted good), and barfi (not good). We had been sitting for about 10 minutes while waiting for our chai teas and tasting what we had bought when one of the girls came out and asked us “how long are you planning on sitting there because we are getting busier.” We told her we are still waiting for our 6 chai teas! She took a moment to process and said “oh I’ll bring those, do you want sleeves?” We said no thank you and that once we drink our tea we will leave. Another girl brought the tea and it was super hot that you couldn’t even drink it right away without badly burning yourself. We didn’t appreciate being asked when we were going to leave after spending money there. In fact, that’s rude to ask customers. I could understand if we had been sitting there for an hour but 10 minutes while waiting for our chai, really?! Then, the people who came in after us literally stood in the same room staring at us, waiting for us to leave and saying rude things about us. Save your money and don’t support businesses who are this way to their customers and don’t make good sweets/beverages.

Amazing food and sweets. Everything is fresh and made to order so there is a bit of a wait on it but at the end of the day it’s worth it.

Service is very slow. Some of the items were good. Chicken curry was very sweet. Quality was ok.

Very very slow service for just about everything. We ordered samosas, chaat and tea. All took more than 20 min. They don’t have a seating areas either so you just have to wait on your feet there. The food is average and okayish. Not a big fan!
