Such a nice place with warm staff. The restaurant was neat. We were a little reluctant to try as there were not many people, but we decided to try.
We ordered the Veggie Appetizers platter and some Tikka fries. Ohh goodness! Those both in itself are a complete meal. The platter had everything and it tasted delicious, fresh, and so good. After seeing the fries plate, we decided to take the appetizers to go, and gorged on the tikka fries. If you do like spicy food, order it a little spicy. The sauce was a little sweet but it was so good.
For main dishes we ordered paneer makhani. It was delicious. We ordered it mild for the kids. It came with some rice, so we ordered some butter naans d some chili naan. As a Desi, I’m ashamed to say I couldn’t handle the chili naan. It was the bomb!!! It was amazing and delicious but man, I couldn’t handle more than 2 bites. It’s not for the faint hearted. We ordered veggie jalfrezi medium spicy and that was delicious!
Next time I go back I want to try their paranthas. They seem to be authentic Punjabis so their paranthas are the best in the world. I cannot wait to go back and try more!

Modern, bright and clean. But the food. OMG. BEST VEGGIE SAMOSA hands down. Everything was excellent. Garlic naan was delicious. Very garlicky. Yummy. Chicken saag was off the chain!!! Definitely worth coming to Deer Park for this.

Do not sleep on this place y’all! If you like Indian food, run don’t walk here. If you’re not sure, go and try it, it’s so good! I was a little nervous because I can’t handle spice at all but they were so accommodating. We got the Lamb Korma (0 spice) and the Lamb Choley (1 spice) Delicious! We’ll be back soon!

It’s opening day and I am SO glad I stopped in! We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala (3/6 for spice), Samosa (2 in an order), and garlic naan. All of the food was excellent, affordable, and the service was so fast and friendly. The owner (I’m assuming) checked in on us a few times. Very relaxed dining experience. We will be back!!

Been in Cincinnati area for 20 years and we have tried just about every Indian restaurant around. Jot India (Deer Park) is our new favorite. High quality, great flavor and taste in all of the items we ordered, very friendly service, and clean and modernized interior. The Paneer Makhani and Saag Chole, in particular, were the best we’ve had!

I got some vegetable biriyani amongst a large lunch ordered by company team. The rice was not cooked properly, the vegetables (very few they had) were basically raw. They had a ton of onions that seemed like boiled. They vegetables weren’t sautéed properly (if they were at all). There was no salt. It tasted like someone rubbed some spice powder into rice instead of properly cooking with it. If I didn’t know Indian food, and someone fed this to me, I would be hesitant to eat Indian food again.
Seems like a lot of people like this place from the reviews. Perhaps I just got a bad dish….even though I ordered one of the most common items that is ordered – biriyani.
Following up on my review after reading owner’s response which was very nice and proactive. While the owner wants to refund or “make it right”, this is not about getting a free meal. I DON’T want a refund, or a free meal. I might come back some other time and hopefully, it’s better.
