We ate here three mornings in a row on our vacation because we loved it so much!! I got the breakfast sandwich and my husband got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with gluten free bread. The pumpkin bread here is also sooo yummy. The staff is super friendly! We were able to take the resort shuttle but also walked several times using the bike paths. This place is tucked away but well worth the trip!!

What a find. I live in Redmond but had an errand in Sun River. I asked for a lunch recommendation from a nearby merchant and ended up at this little family run place.
I had an excellent turkey sandwich with pesto. I had to wait quite a while for it and in that time listened to the phone ring constantly with orders for lunch. The place was hopping. . When I asked if my sandwich was ready yet I was told that half of it slipped onto the floor accidentally and they were making me another one. I was given one and a half sandwiches PLUS a refund for my patience!
Sweet people to say the least. The refund was going above and beyond in my opinion. I will certainly make the trip back to Sun River to try their other selections. A juicy well made sandwich with a generous potion of turkey.plus a little bag of potato chips and a nice little desert of some kind, maybe biscotti. A very nice touch. Highly recommended.

You don’t find sandwich shops like this very often anymore. I am a vegetarian and the veggie sandwich is just perfect. My party and I went back three times during our stay in Sunriver. I was able to customize it to my liking. I love that they include chips and a little cookie with every order. The price is so good. Thank you!

We heard about Josie’s on social media and were surprised we hadn’t discovered it sooner, considering we visit Sunriver at least once a year—sometimes more. We can be pretty picky when it comes to sandwiches, so finding a spot that meets our expectations isn’t always easy. That said, Josie’s was phenomenal.
One thing that caught me off guard was the sourdough sandwich bread instead of traditional sub bread. I must have missed that detail on the menu, so that’s on me. But honestly? It worked. The sandwich was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. We kept it simple with a basic veggie option, and even with just a few toppings, it was delicious.
We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Can’t do better than Josie K’s. It’s always my choice for camping or long road trips. Love the Dagwood and the Roast Beef, but the meatloaf is excellent too. Friendly, happy staff who take pride in their work. You won’t find better value for money. Bonus tip: Consider getting extra sandwiches for the next day (most keep very well). You will not be disappointed by that decision. Extra bonus: the take home lasagna is really good too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best place to grab a damn good sandwich. All of their sandwiches are amazing, lasagna is and the staff – INCREDIBLY kind, hard working, friendly and caring. And Miss K’s cookies… you haven’t had a good cookie till you have had hers. 100/10 recommend coming here!

Delicious food and fantastic catering service! We hired Josie K’s to cater an event for 30 people at SHARC in Sunriver. Our contact Lindsay was responsive and friendly. She arrived promptly to set up our lunch. They served some of the best fruit I’ve ever had at a catered event (they go with whatever is ripe and in season). Sandwiches and biscotti were also delicious. Many people at our even remarked on how good the food was. I highly recommend Josie K’s for catering.

Half of our sandwiches were missing ingredients or had wrong ingredients, broccoli cheddar tasted like flour and very sharp cheese. For the $40 we spent I was expecting something far better than what we received. Hoping maybe it was just an off day.

Was recommended by a staff member at the Sunriver Resort and what a great recommendation it was! We had the turkey with bacon sandwich and two cookies and it was all super fresh and delicious! Not to mention, the service was also friendly and fast! 10/10
