Our location in historic Somers Point, NJ offers an inviting space where you can enjoy authentic Irish fare made from scratch, a vast array of Irish whiskey, and a selection of local, craft, & imported beers. Live music, Irish hospitality, and a nod to everything from the old country adds to our atmosphere. Wonderful authentic pub spot. Large open spacious area for dining, drinking and dancing. Love the vibe, all the bartenders were very nice personable and attentive. Food was delicious too. The bathrooms were large for handicapped accessibility and super clean! We went on a night in the summer when there was live entertainment and the cover band was awesome. We would have stayed longer if possible and will definitely be back when we travel to Ocean City NJ again. Thanks for

We held my daughter’s bridal shower in the whiskey room and it was magical! The shower was a surprise and the event staff worked with me every step of the way to make it perfect! Heather was an angel-I must have made a dozen changes in the last month and she helped with everything. The staff made us feel like royalty and my daughter like a princess. The food was abundant and delicious and all of our guests were impressed with the afternoon tea. I highly recommend holding your special event here!

I would absolutely recommend hosting your next celebration at Josie Kelly’s! We recently hosted our wedding celebration there, and it was absolutely perfect! We truly did not want the night to end. Everything went so smoothly and even better than we could have imagined! Heather helped to plan every little detail of our party, and we cannot thank her and the Josie Kelly’s team enough for making our wedding celebration so special. Kathleen, Candace, and Amanda were there the night of, and they were so on top of every little detail, anticipating our needs, as well as our guests. Everyone was so on top of everything, and we have nothing but good things to say about the people, the environment, the food, and the service. My family cannot stop talking about how great the night was, and we already cannot wait to celebrate another milestone with the Josie Kelly’s team soon!

I had my baby shower here in their private upstairs room. Heather and Kaylee helped me coordinate everything and were so great! It was absolutely perfect. The staff (Lisa and other bartender) were so attentive and helped with anything we needed. The food was delicious and my guests loved it. There is a small bar upstairs where people could order drinks as well. I would recommend Josie Kelly’s and their staff for an event any time. They were wonderful and have the best food. An overall great experience and if we ever need another event space we will be returning!

This restaurant has earned our loyalty, having had the pleasure of dining here twice already. We make it a point to stop here for dinner after our visits to Storybook Land. The Shepherd’s Pie is a culinary highlight. The lamb is cooked to perfection, boasting a tender texture that rivals that of a premium filet mignon. I am consistently impressed by the outstanding service and warm atmosphere of this establishment. While I have not yet explored the full range of menu options, the surrounding dishes looked equally appetizing. We are eager to return here again and again.

We rented out the whiskey bar for a rehearsal dinner and had a fabulous experience. Heather was great to work with and I loved that the portal kept everything organized. It was the perfect spot to gather with family and friends. The team has obviously done this before a knew exactly what they were doing and offered us lots of options when it came to ordering food and drink drinks.

I needed a last minute space to host about 25 people for a 50th birthday celebration. Josie Kelly responded immediately to my request and helped me plan the perfect event. The private room is absolutely stunning and they set it up exactly as I had asked (I wanted a more social/relaxed layout). I decided to go with the cocktail party menu, everything we ordered was delicious and presented beautifully. The bartenders/ room attendants were so friendly and helped make the event go smoothly. A nice bonus was that there was a band playing in the other room, we transitioned to that space after our party ended and kept having a blast. I can’t wait for a reason to host another event here. Highly recommend.

Our family planned two celebrations for two of our family members at Josie Kelleys.
Their Adar ballroom is a beautiful private venue and this room is quite large and seats up to 140 people. This venue has its own private bathroom and private bar, which was perfect for our party.
We had our party on a Saturday summer afternoon and we did the banquet style lunch menu. The food was outstanding!
The staff at Josie Kelleys did a great job keeping the party going. And all of our guests seemed to really enjoy themselves.
We also used many of the vendors on Josie Kelley’s preferred vendors list. And we were also extremely happy with the vendors we used. Each vendor either delivered to Josie Kelly’s or came in to do the work in person that we hired them for our party.
The second part of our party was a surprise for our 80 year old father. And he was surprised and so pleased with Josie Kelly’s venue. The Josie Kelly’s team was able to divide the their Adar ballroom in two with an air-wall. We were able to open the air-wall to surprise our dad with surprise decorations & additional guests.
I believe you would be extremely happy if you choose this venue for your party and you won’t be disappointed!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! We had our rehearsal dinner here and Heather and every employee helped to make it so so special. The food was excellent and the room was pristine. They went out of their way to make sure a band was playing and opened up the large banquet room for 100 of our closest family and friends to kick off our wedding celebration. No matter how full it was the bar provided excellent service with delicious drinks. We are so grateful that Heather took the time to help us plan every detail so all we had to do was show up and have a great time!
