Awesome restaurant! Very pleasant and quiet outdoor seating available. We had great amber and wheat ale. Both mushroom & cheese burger and veggie wrap were absolutely delicious. Great staff!

We stopped in for a quick bite while passing through. The service was very friendly, but there was one girl doing everything, bartender, server, cashier, etc. So while service wasn’t bad, but any means, it was slow because she was doing it all. She was excellent. The food was good, typical bar food. Overall it’s a cute place.

We have eaten here two nights in a row, first night was great second night not so much. Very disappointed in our cheeseburger and even thought I asked for extra blue cheese for the wings I did not get any. The Mushrooms were very good. May be back probably not!

Horribly rude bartender. Evidently owner’s daughter. Our family drove 8 hours to Newberry. Because of storm, electricity was out in the town except for this place. Restaurant and bar were full so we wanted to order cocktails while we wait. 3 of the employees made eye contact with us but ignored us. Finally, Bartender told us we couldn’t stand by the bar or the doorway. We asked where we should stand. She rudely shrugged her shoulders. She finally took our order. When she handed my husband our drinks she demanded to know who the two drinks were for. Huh? The waitress told us 3 times it would be a long wait and that there was another restaurant down the road. We were willing to wait but it was clear they didn’t want the business. We finally left because of the rudeness. It would have been a nice profit for them as there were 8 of us. Horrible experience! Our grandchildren were appalled at how we were treated. Not even worth 1 star. Beware!

They give you utensils in a plastic sleeve. And pre-open your drink for you. So far so good, although one customer had an issue with paying. Hard to get the waitress to come over to pay and had to wait. This place is pretty cute for a pub. Not a lot to see, but it does have some interesting stuff . Okay, the food is taking a while to get to the table. So there not the quickest in the kitchen, so bring something to do while you wait. They can make you a grilled cheese sandwich with a tomato or no tomato. Looks good so far, hope it taste good. They have black lights which are cool. So if you wear a bright color or a neon color it’ll look like your glowing. The bathroom is nothing special and doesn’t have anything automatic in there. So I suggest washing your hands very well. And use some toilet paper to flush the toilet. Cause the handle doesn’t look very clean at all. But the toilet does flush at least. ♀️ There it’s an okay restaurant nothing to special about it. Good for a stop to eat where you don’t have to dress up. But not to great if you need to back on the road quickly. It’s a good place to chill with friends.

Visited here on our way from Pelkie to Tahquamenon Falls. Excellent food, great atmosphere, but the SERVICE was AWESOME! Our server, Christina, was attentive and quickly moved ALL AROUND THE BAR to get all guests taken care of, not just us.

Had an amazing time here! The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The drinks were spot on and delicious, and the food was fantastic – everything we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal or a night out. Highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience!
