The young lady that took my order and the person that put my order together completely screwed everything up. I was at this location on 02/22/2026 and I placed a simple, simple order and something told me that the young lady was going to mess it up because on the order form she was acting like I was ordering something really extra complicated. I ordered a burrito and four tacos. I wanted shredded cheese melted on the top of my burrito instead of the liquid cheese and I ended up getting neither. I also asked for sour cream and got nothing. I don’t understand any of this because I asked her if she understood what I wanted and she said yes and read the order back to me. I feel that she should have made sure the order was correct. I didn’t bother checking because I trusted that the order would be correct. I should have checked. I didn’t go back because I walked a total of one mile round trip for this food only to not get what I wanted. I also ordered extra meat in the burrito and didn’t get it. I know because I ordered the same thing on 02/21/2026 and this burrito was different because I didn’t want rice or corn in my burrito. I wish that I never had come back because this is how it usually works. The second time isn’t the same as the first. I notice that the manager or owner doesn’t respond to any reviews so they probably don’t have a problem with taking people’s money and then giving them an incorrect order.

Absolutely inexcusable service. Overpriced chicken fried steak with about 15 fries was 13.95 and it came out in less than 5 minutes. Server took the order then disappeared. I walked around looking for him and he was nowhere. Chips came out cold and stale. I asked the cashier to bring fresh ones. This server named Emil is not a server. No offer by management to offer a discount or anything. I just box my food up and left. Avoid at all costs. And I know I ordered American in a Mexican place so don’t even go there!

I ordered a shrimp salad to go, I asked for no refried beans and extra sour cream because I can’t eat refried beans….. my “salad” was a Tortilla bowl thing, which it didn’t mention on the menu, that I also can’t eat (keto) and the bowl was mostly filled with refried beans with basically no salad, and no sour cream with what can best be described as bland, obviously frozen (by the weird texture) shrimp that still has the poop cord in them…. the only reason I give it 1 star (even though there’s no option for 0 stars) is because my kids said the chips and salsa was ok, not to spicy, even though there was a large chunk of raw onion at the bottom.
The pictures show the original food I got and the amount I was actually able to eat. Gave the rest to my kids, including several shrimp, since they were coated in refried beans.

This is the first time that I was here since new owners took over. I was here before I think. But to put things in short order, Jose’s grill has some take down food. This is a good thing. The dining was quiet and inviting. They had lacrosse on the TV. I may be a new fan of lacrosse as well as the Enchilada Combo.
