$20 Small Pizza, Overloaded and Undercooked — Extremely Disappointing
This was my first time ordering from Josphsppi Pizza, and sadly it might be my last. I paid $20 for a tiny pizza that was overloaded with toppings despite asking for light, and the vegetables were undercooked. I love a great supreme pizza, but this was sloppy, rushed, and not enjoyable. I even gave a good tip because the delivery driver was sweet and professional—but the pizza itself ruined the experience.
For $20, I expect quality and care, not frustration and disappointment. If this is the standard being served, it’s unacceptable. People don’t mind paying for good food, but when it arrives like this, they won’t be back—and I won’t either.

Great pizza tho next time I’ll know 2 ask 4 all toppings I ordered 2 be on top of my pizza so they r cooked well done with everything else I called thinking they missed the pepperoni young man said they were under the cheese? I’m not big fan of flat uncooked pepperoni besides that great pizza good flavor…

Nate, Morgan, Chey, Marcus and Chandler we’re absolutely amazing, accommodating and gave great customer service. And that’s not to mention the quality of their food I recommend this place every day of the week if you’re a pizza lover. They have the dining and lobby area clean and presentable and festive for the holidays.

Decided to check this place out today. Ordered a small Ezzo’s pizza. It didn’t take long as I ordered it in the business. The crust was a thin crispy crust, best thing about it. The sauce was a little chunky but lacking any real flavor. It had a ton of cheese on it which covered all the pepperoni up. Not a lot of flavor in it. And to my surprise when I made it home. It was regular pepperoni under the cheese. Sheer disappointment, I am an Ezzo pepperoni snob. All my pizza’s at home ONLY get Ezzo’s. On to some housekeeping tips. Mop the floor and wipe everything down. Tons of dirt and dust on the signage and window seals.

This was our Saturday tonight dinner, one large pepperoni, sausage and cheese. ½ mushrooms, ½ onions, all the way good tasting pizza! Order here at “Joseppis” and enjoy the great service, ty by the way and the great tasting f o o d. Yum!

We ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The pizza had one piece of pepperoni on it. I called and talked to the manager. She told me that the pepperoni is under the cheese. There was not any pepperoni under the cheese. As you can see from their ad, the pepperoni is on top. Therefore, she lied to me. She told me to bring the pizza back and they would make another one. It was getting late and I just got home. I did not want to have to go back out so I said forget it. Lesson learned.

Called and ordered pizza and sub for carry out the evening of Friday November 7th. They quoted 20 to 25 minutes so we showed up 30 minutes later and ended up having to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for the food. After taking the food home come to fine the pizza crust was burnt and the sub bun was way over toasted. I called and asked for a manager and was on hold for a while and no one came back to the phone.

Would Give zero stars if possible. Placed an order at 9:15pm which was said it would be 30 mins. Started calling the store at 10:15 an hour after I placed my order to get an update. The phone was never picked up. Tried calling back over and over, it is now 11:05. Nothing was ever delivered, and I have never been able to speak to anyone. If 0/5 star was possible this is what the staff would deserve. I will never order again there is SO MUCH better pizza in grove city with way better customer service. Go elsewhere.

Pizza dough was raw. Toppings were raw. See photos. Manager insisted they look at every pizza when it goes out the door. Clearly this is not the case. Manager refused to offer any sort of solution, simply insisted I was lying over the phone. After 20 years of eating here, we are never going back.
