I was surprised by the food and service because of how the location looked from the outside. Do not sleep on the spot and let the appearance fool the staff was great from the time we entered to how great our food was…One thing I will say is that the Avacodo lime dressing was not good; it had too much of a mayo-y taste, I just more salsa for my bowl instead. They offer an infused cucumber water to drink, which I thought was an awesome option rather than juices or sodas. However, I had a bottled water that I enjoyed that you can’t find too often. I liked that they also offered daily specials. So, if you want to try something refreshing and a quiet atmosphere give Joseph’s a try, you can’t go wrong….

this is the place. Joseph’s lunchbox is the place you want to go for some good home cooked comfort food! the owners were so nice and a joy to talk too. I ordered the shrimp alfredo (Fridays special) and it was the best pasta I’ve ever had. it wasn’t dry at all, the shrimp were big and it was plentiful. the owner even threw in a piece of cake for me! (which was delicious!!) Now I want to come here every day to try and each and every special!

I’m writing a review because I think it’s insane I paid 25.96 for this burrito bowl today I added xtra steak so I’m assuming that’s why it was so expensive and was fine paying the xtra but this doesn’t look like xtra steak. I did not go back in to ask if this was correct because I’m on a strict 30 min lunch schedule and when I got back to my work I was extremely disappointed in this lunch and what I received for about 26$. I’ve ordered here before and the food is good but I’m literally in shock of the price of my lunch and the small portions of food I received

On the hunt for the best turkey and dressing plates in Corpus Christi, this is restaurant #3 I’ve visited and by far the best! Tuesdays is when they have their turkey plate specials and the turkey was juicy and tender. The cornbread dressing was yummy. The green beans and mashed potatoes were tasty. Everything on the plate almost felt like my mom/grandma made it. Overall the meal I’d give it 9 out of 10. Just needed a little extra flavor/seasoning (salt) to put it over the top. The service was amazing they were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cute, homey and modern my only complaint it was tight. The restaurant got super packed when we were about to leave. They should consider getting a bigger place if business is good. I can’t wait to come back and try their other daily specials. Everything looks fantastic.

Wow this place is a hidden gem! We stopped by and the owner was kind enough to send 2 complimentary conchitas soup, it was so delicious, so homey! I had the Greek chicken with feta and ciabatta and my husband ordered the beef bowl, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious, tasted homemade <3 I was so happy to try a well seasoned and juicy chicken breast! So goood! I wish they opened until later :( but we will definitely try again!

Stopped by Joseph’s Lunch Box and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and quick. I had the Trio, which came with lasagna, Alfredo, and chicken parm. Every bite tasted homemade and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you want a good, hearty meal done right!
