I recently ordered 100 mini cheesecakes from Josef’s Cheesecake for my father’s retirement party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They’re incredibly accommodating and open to flavor suggestions, and they can create just about anything you can imagine. I placed my order two weeks in advance, and everything went seamlessly. The mini cheesecakes looked decadent and were absolutely delicious, and our guests loved every bite. Josef’s Cheesecake is truly my first choice for a local small-town business and a real treasure to have in our community. Highly recommend!

We are from out of town, but happened across Josef’s Cheesecakes at one of our daughters’ Show Choir events, visiting a local school in Chippewa Falls. My daughter and wife fell in love with their cheesecakes after each purchased one before her performance. After her performance, I was instructed to get a few more cheesecakes for the road and to save one for my daughter after returning home from the show. They had a table filled with a large number of flavors. I can only imagine what their store must be like. My wife and daughter were raving about these treats for days. If you have a chance to blast your taste buds with tiny tastes of heaven, I highly recommend doing so. I’ve been told it’s some of the best cheesecake ever.

They reviewed every ingredient they use to ensure the item was safe for our guest. They loved it, all of our guests of course though the rest were delicious! I purchased a few cheesecakes at a local show choir event at Chippewa Falls high school. They were AMAZING! I wish I could have tried them all. The raspberry lemon one was divine, made with real whole fruit and a perfect combination of sweet, tart, creamy and tangy with a hint of salty/sweet crunchy crust. The peanut butter cup one was also so very good, but that raspberry lemin would be hard to beat. I really thought that it was kind of the owner to take time on the weekend to contribute to fundraising efforts for the show choir.

The lemon poppy seed was DELICUOUS! The owner was very friendly and told us we can request flavors if we want if we plan on coming certain days! Also, he had one specifically for DOGS! Our Husky is going to be very happy when we come home.

The treats here are unique and very tasty, but the only thing sweeter are the staff. There are so nice that my teeth ache just thinking about them. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you find your way there. You won’t regret it.
