Josefinas… where do I begin? I was working in the area and everyone was going to Josefinas for lunch s I tagged along. It was a little strange being in a living room but hey, no biggie. Got a coke and had a seat. The place was packed, and then….Holy Moly! The BEST chicken enchiladas I’ve ever had, anywhere, period. Creamy, a little spice, huge portion, oh man. God bless this place and I hope it stays around for a long time. I sent my husband there when he was working in the area and he’s in love with it too. I have zero issue with making a detour from the 20 for this tasty gem when given the chance.
