Stopped here for dinner while visiting a local college. The food was pretty good and we were sat right away on a Saturday night. My husband had a skinny margarita and the Texas fajitas. I had a prickly pear and the chicken & sour cream enchiladas. The service was okay. She was attentive at first but probably became busier and didn’t check in on us until we were finished our meals.

What can you say, Food was bland the ribeye was the worst I have had in years. And the Shrimp Diablo was hit but not flavorful.
The second dish was the person with us who went with a combo plate. Which ended up having him miss his flight due to food poisoning the next morning. which kept him in the bathroom all night!!
Steak was so thin Not sure how they can justify the price. Rice had no flavor.

Great food and awesome drinks, I recommend the black diamond drink ,guacamole was very good , cheese dip was great , only problem I had was trying to get silverware to go .

Their Cameron ceviche is like NO OTHER! def my fav I’ve ever had, friendly servers. Franklin & Jessica are great bartenders! The manager is so diligent and acknowledges us every time we come in. I’ve gotten their ceviche every time I’ve been there. See pics below 10/10
Snapper was bomb too, pineapple bowl could’ve used a little more something not sure what it was missing something but was still good. Drinks are bomb too! Expensive but worth it, hope you enjoy as much as I do.

I visited Jose Tequila for the first time and had a great experience. Rubin was super friendly and helpful. I asked for recommendations since it was my first time and he did not disappoint. The tacos and everything else I ordered were amazing. The place is well managed, the staff is welcoming, and the food was top notch. I will definitely be coming back with my coworkers.

We went on a Saturday around 3pm and it was not busy. I ordered a Frozen Mango Margarita which was brought out on the rocks and was remade. The chips and salsa came with a type of house mayo sauce which did not taste good. I ordered the Sizzling enchiladas which tasted like nothing and was overpowered by cheese. Another order was the Cowboy Burrito which my companion did not even eat as they found it tasteless and just bad. Only person that liked their food got the Surf N Turf Tacos. Only good thing was Margarita and the music playing. We got sick from food. Not authentic Mexican food either.

Great time sitting at the bar. They have a lot of weekly specials and on this Wednesday it was their nachos! The nachos were really tasty and I would highly recommend going the deluxe route to get the guacamole, sour cream added!

We recently visited Joe’s Tequilas and had a mixed experience with the food. We ordered the Mexican-style corn on the cob, which came at an average price for two cobs. The corn itself was decent—not bad, but not particularly memorable either. The seasoning was mild, and while the portion size was generous, the flavor could have used a bit more kick or creativity to stand out.
Surprisingly, the highlight of the meal was actually the tortilla chips. They were fresh, crunchy, and had a satisfying texture that paired well with the accompanying salsa. If you’re stopping by, the chips are definitely worth trying.
Overall, Joe’s Tequilas seems to offer a pleasant atmosphere with some hits and a few misses. We’d be open to trying more of the menu next time.

I moved here from Chicago five years ago and I have been looking for good authentic Mexican food here in Baltimore ever since. Chicago has the best food in all ethnicities, especially my favorite, Mexican cuisine. I am very pleased to say that Jose Tequila is by far the best Mexican restaurant that I have encountered in the five years that I’ve lived here. I can honestly say that I stopped looking because I have found my favorite spot. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and great prices…. it’s a win win for me and I will definitely be back real soon ❤️
