From the restaurant name, you can easily know it’s a Mexican restaurant. This is the second time I have visited this location. There is a very good bar to enjoy your need for alcohol, The staff is friendly and the service is great. Food volume is generous and also delicious. I didn’t give 5 stars because the meat (beef & chicken) were a bit salty. Great atmosphere for a passionate meal here.

This is not my first time at José Tejas. The food is always in great portions and very delicious. There was a bit of a wait to get seated which they text you for when the table is ready. They seem a little understaffed because our waiter was responsible for way too many tables which took its toll on waiting even more, but it’s not his fault. We ordered the frozen strawberry margaritas which were so tasty. Then we got blackened salmon tacos, chicken enchiladas and shrimp tacos! All really amazing and tastes authentic!

Well, the name says it all and my experience at Jose Tejas was really enjoyable and fantastic the bartender Susie was really nice attentive and really cared for my needs as a customer and her being a bartender she was very professional. My food was served to me very quickly and my order was taken fast. Food was fresh countertops were clean. I would like to also note the manager working on Wednesday February 8 youdera was really fantastic for customer service and management to the entire establishment because I was very happy with the way this restaurant was ran being a customer having restaurant experience My experience was truly enjoyable but I wish to pass it along to anyone and everybody and I can’t wait to be a regular customer and I really felt like family, I can’t wait to go to Jose Tejas again and bring some friends as always prices were very reasonable and food was delicious I recommend Jose Tejas and the specific location to anybody in desire to fresh Tex Mexican food.

I loved my dish Carne Asada Jim Bowlie style. However, the roasted avocado was mushy/overripe. The service was standard/attentive, what’s expected. The music on the other hand was way too loud and some classic rock and roll that wasn’t motivating me to stay much longer.
