Just a great, hometown diner where locals come in and everyone knows each other and the waitresses know their orders. Wholesome atmosphere, and good food, too.

When you think of a three meat omelet, I guarantee you don’t think of all you get in THIS omelet. Wow.

The Wife and I will definitely keep going, and we will keep enjoying.

This was my 2nd and last time going here. Had a western omelette and half order hash browns, toast. How the heck can you screw up toast?? Toast was awful and the omelette was drowned in cheese. And the hash browns had no flavor!!! For $20.00 forget this place.

There must be a new waitress crew. At 10:15 The place had 2 tables of customers, the waitresses never said a word to us. After we sat for 10 minutes and said screw it and left. We have been there many times. Time to give up on this place.

Cluttered little country diner. Looks like it needs dusting and a good cleaning. Thefood tasted like old grease. Water was extra nasty. Hash browns were the best thing on my plate. Server was so sweet. They charged me extra for using a card. I don’t recommend eating here

We have stopped at this Diner several times going through Sheridan on road trip have never been disappointed biscuits are wonderful if you have breakfast. Chicken fried steak and other sandwiches are excellent.. like homemade with real food not prepared meats. Highly recommend

I took my wife & child to Jo’s Diner at least 5 days per week for the past two years. During that time, I’ve seen the cook/owner, Alex, bully the customers, waitresses, ruin the moods of the staff with his attitude.

I order the same food combination each time — a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, with the egg, over-easy, on the side. I dont eat eggs due to a food aversion, but my wife does. Since the croissant is $6, with or without the egg, I order it on the side so she can have it.

This time, my croissant comes out with the egg on it, yolk busted and running all into the bread, rather than on the side. I sent it back, noting that I’d requested the egg on the side. It was returned to me with the egg off the croissant, set aside, but yolk still all soaked into the bread. I sent it back again and requested a different croissant since the yolk was still soaked all into the bread.

I was told that if I wanted a different croissant, I would have to pay for an additional croissant to be made correctly, in addition to the one that was made incorrectly.

We got up and left, after having words with Alex about it, and won’t be back again. A $6 croissant is more important to the owner than customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, and correcting his mistake.

Alex blamed the waitress, of course, and said she took the order wrong. Of course that must be the case since Alex is incapable of making a mistake…

NEVERTHELESS, It doesn’t matter if it’s the cook’s mistake or the order taker’s. IT SHOULD NOT FALL ON THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR MISPREPARED FOOD DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE’S MISTAKE.

This place is extremely dirty, so many things have not been cleaned or sanitized in years.
