A hidden gem!! Ordered the Beef lengua (tongue) tacos and it’s the best ever. It’s rare to find good lengua tacos, but here it’s soft and flavorful. I’m yet to try the other items. So excited! Very reasonably priced too!!

MUST TRY!! The birria tacos are amazing, so flavorful and the meat is tender as heck. Everything we got was full of flavor, simple, and well executed. They are on par with any taco in the city, and beyond! Highly recommend the birria tacos because their consommé is fire. I hope these guys are around for a long time!

Lovely tacos – prices are fair, tacos $3-5. I had the birria tacos and chorizo. Birria comes with consume and it was excellent. I’ve heard the truck has a great hot sauce, but they were out the day that I went. Will be going again!

JORGE’S TACO truck is a culinary delight on wheels.
The Gordita was stuffed with meat and packed full of flavor.
The Birria Combo with cheese was the go to today. All the sauces are tasty… the consume was heavenly deep with flavor.
Each of the tacos meaty and packed full.
A lil raddish and lime and boom even more flavor…. lil peices of meat in the consomme and some that my taco lost made the consume the final item to eat as a splash of lime made grab my spoon to eat the tasty consomme.
I Have yet to try the Burrito, but I will be back…
This food had alot of thought and love put into the preparation.
From the consistently fine peices of onions and cilantro; to the tender melt in your mouth meats.
I’m sorry, but when pork in my gordita tastes better than most steak I have tasted…. you can cook!
So bring your cash cause Jorge don’t take American Express, but for they quality of the food I got … that was some Express preparation. When you don’t know what you want and you want delicious…. look no further…5 stars

I got the burrito with steak and chorizo, It cost $13 and was amazing. Apologies for the photo that contains half of a burrito, I had already eaten the other half, please imagine there are two halves. I didn’t have my scale on me but I’d say it was at least a pound or so maybe 7/8 of a pound. The hot sauce was perfect! lots of hot sauces fail to be spicy enough for me but this one got me going! The mild sauce was also very tasty. It also came with sour cream which was very nice. I found all of the sauces to be more than adequate in volume for me to apply all of them to the burrito with some to spare. Likely enough sauce that you could use just one if you so chose, they’re all very good though. I would highly recommend you stop by if you’re a fan of Mexican street food.
I also got the Birria special with cheese. It was amazing, plenty of meat, Even a good chunk in the broth which I was very pleased to find as I drank it up. The meal came with a few wedges of lime, some radish slices and some salsa verde.
